I have been practicing law in Southwest Washington since 2006 and I love the people of this community. Most recently, I was the Chief Criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Skamania County Washington, while maintaining a limited private law practice. In that role I was successful in several difficult criminal jury trials. I was also Deputy Prosecutor for Clark County from 2012 to 2017. And before that I was a City Attorney for the City of Vancouver from 2009 to 2012. During my career I have prosecuted essentially every kind of crime including Homicide, Rape, Assault, Financial Fraud, Domestic Violence, Child Sex Abuse, and traffic offenses such as Vehicular Assault and Driving Under the Influence.

One of the biggest compliments one attorney can pay another is to say they have an understanding of the law, removed from emotion. Now, emotion is a huge part of life, however when making a strategic decision, negotiating a case, or presenting to a jury most folks can see through theatrics- almost all attorneys can. So if you can't use emotion what is left? A solid understanding of the law. A good manner with people. Credibility. Patrick has all these characteristics. I endorse his work and look forward to working together for years to come.
