During the 2023 busy Christmas holidays, I was scheduled for major surgery which would be mid January on the 16th. I realized being 75 years old that I should have my will updated as well as a current POA and Advanced directives, as well as having my Deed to my home changed to my name only ( due... to my husband’s passing). Fortunately, Attorney, Mila Boyd, was recommended to me and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Mila and her staff were amazing! Mila was very professional, a good listener, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She was very patient ( even with her busy schedule) and took the time to teach me the legalities concerning my estate which in turn would be most beneficial to my heirs. She updated and prepared all documents that I needed in a timely manner and I was able to sign them before my soon to be surgery date.
