I met Kurt when I served on the CCBA Board. I was impressed with his leadership, organization and the tenacious work that he undertook in the interests of the CCBA. It is clear that Kurt brings these same qualities to the representation of his clients. When it comes to intellectual property, patents, and trademark work in Clark County the only name on our firm referral list is Kurt Rylander.

I endorse this lawyer's work. Kurt is a very fine lawyer. Very intelligent and very friendly. He always has a smile and does not hesitate to answer questions. He is a frequent speaker at our CLE's and I enjoy his wit and humor. It is always nice, when the lawyer is also a nice guy and a friend.

Kurt is a lawyer's lawyer. He knows the law better than most attorneys, he considers all sides of the issues, and he offers objective and clear advise. His clients benefit greatly from working with one of the best lawyers I know who also happens to be a business owner, a great family man, and an aggressive trial attorney.
