Biography
I care deeply about my clients and my work as a lawyer. I am so blessed to genuinely love my job and the people I get to represent. In 2012 and 2013 I have been named a Top 40 trial attorney under the age of 40 years old, an Up and Coming Lawyer under the age of 40, Rising Star from Super Lawyers, last year I was awarded the Membership Service Award from the Oregon State Bar.
It has been a pleasure to be a featured presenter on DUII Defense, cross examination of police, DMV hearings and jury selection. I have a passion for trial work and regularly have jury trials.
I grew up in Portland and attended Oregon Episcopal School. At the University of Washington I was named to the All Conference Team and the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Academic All American Team in 2001. After graduating, I attended the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, I worked as a prosecutor before joining Thuemmel and Uhle as an Associate. In 2012, I became a partner at Thuemmel Uhle and Eder.
I have successfully argued before the Court of Appeals on DUII cases and received not guilty verdicts afer jury trials on misdemeanor DUII and Felony DUII trials in multiple counties across the state.
In my free time, I plays on a local and national kickball team, enjoy cooking, eating, traveling and discussing cases/trial strategies.

Successful personal injury attorney
