I'm Gary Fraley, founder of Fraley & Fraley Sacramento Bankruptcy Attorneys. I have been a bankruptcy attorney since 1978. I am a CA State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law and have been since 2001. I teach State Bar accredited bankruptcy law seminars for bankruptcy attorneys. I give every person who comes to see me a free credit rebuilding book. I also provide you a free credit rebuilding program worth $1,000 from if we do your bankruptcy.
The philosophy of the my bankruptcy law firm is to give a real, no pressure, free attorney consultation that may last 1 hour or more. The purpose of the consultation is to provide a detailed explaination of the laws & all options as well as answer all your questions. We will provide real solutions to your problems.
In my non-attorney life I have been a Sunday School Teacher & Church Elder, a 4-H Leader including a Horse Project Leader, a volunteer mounted Forest Ranger, & a teacher of "leave no trace" camping & gentle stock use techniques. I also Judged 4-H horse shows for free for many years.

Replied last October 22, 2015Thank you for your kind review. I sincerely appreciate it. I would note that filing Bankruptcy and getting a discharge would in no way keep you from becoming a police officer. Bankruptcy law is clear that you cannot be discriminated against for any government employment or benefits just because you filed a bankruptcy. I regularly file bankruptcy for peace officers from local police to Sheriffs officers to CHP. That is also true for Federal job security clearances as well as the military. I often file bankruptcy for people who need security clearances. The individual you spoke about is a Trustee. The trustee is required to document that you are who you claim to be. The reason they have to do that is because, in the past, fraudsters would get steal a person's identity, run up debts in the stolen name and then file bankruptcy in that name. People would find out later that they had bad debts and a bankruptcy on their record. Talk about "identity theft." A driver's license or government photo identification such as a passport plus a social security card is enough. That was why the trustee wanted a photo id. I am happy that you were pleased with our services. As you know, we try our best to give our clients top quality services without the "3 piece suit nose in the air" attitude. Again, thank you. --Gary
