As an attorney , the complaint I hear from people most often when they are referring to the attorneys that they have dealt with is that the attorneys didn't return their telephone calls or otherwise communicate with them.  As a result, I always try to return telehpone calls to my clients or respond to their emails to me as soon as possible.  Generally, I get back to my clients in less than 24 hours of their calls or emails.

 

Email has been a wonderful medium for me to use as an attorney to communicate with my clients.  With smart phones and Ipads, I can return or draft emails while I am waiting in court.  Telephone calls can not be made in that situation so my ability to respond to my clients is dramatically improved by the use of email.

 

If there is open and ongoing communication between attorney and client, the case goes in right from the beginning and everyone's stress levels are lowered.

Bankruptcy (Chapter 7)
I want to thank Mr. Truesdale and everyone on his staff that worked on my bankruptcy case. Everyone was very professional and respectful. I was very nervous thoughout the 3-month process, but was told repeatedly “not to worry.” I went to the hearing last week in Trenton and my case was completely “discharged.” Needless to say, I am very happy and now I have a “fresh start” to follow what I learned from the online counseling sessions. I 100% recommend Mr. Truesdale to anyone thinking about filing Bankruptcy.

Excellent Attorney-Highly Recommended
Mr. Truesdale is an extremely knowledgeable attorney in bankruptcy law. That being said he had all the answers for all my questions about my bankruptcy and helped me every step of the way. I couldn't ask for a better lawyer and highly recommend to others!

Honest Lawyer, excellent knowledge!
I consulted with many Lawyers prior to speaking to Mr. Truesdale. Every Lawyer, with the exception of Mr. Truesdale, attempted to coerce me into filing a Bankruptcy. No other options were given or considered. On the other hand , after listening carefully to the specifics of my case, Mr. Truesdale explained that it may not be in my best interest to file Bankruptcy! What is this? It's called a Honest, competent, professional Lawyer who had the best course of action for ME at the forefront of our conversation. He did not try to "Drum up Business" by using scare tactics like all the other lawyers I spoke with had. If I,or anyone I know needs a Bankruptcy Lawyer, Mr. Truesdale will be my definitive choice!

Bruce and his office are the best. it was a life changing decision, for the best. he is honest and will be there for you whenever you need him. You will not be disappointed , our case was not easy. He is very efficient and puts all he has into your case.

The perfect debt / bankruptcy attorney.
I would highly recommend Mr. Truesdale to anyone. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to anything related to debts and bankruptcy. He is also a very kind and personable attorney, very polite.

Very Helpful
I spoke to Mr. Truesdale on the phone. He was very nice and extremely helpful. He gave me some excellent advice for my situation. I didn't need to retain him, but If I need help in the future, I would definitely contact him.

He and his staff are a great group of people to work with. Anytime I had a problem or a question they were just a phone call away to help, and solve it for me. They are always kind, pleasant to talk to. I would refer them to anyone thats in need of a good lawyer.

My Bankruptcy Case with Bruce Truesdale
Bruce has helped me and my wife with both Bankruptcy 7 and 13. Bruce's knowledge in both bankruptcy cases is exceptional. Bruce has guided me through the areas that needed to addressed and was always letting us know on a day to day or week to week basis how the process was moving forward. I would also like to give Sarah props for her professionalism in this case as well. As a lawyer, Sarah's knowledge is as exceptional.

After consulting w/ an attorney that didn't seem to care - just go thru the motions, we contacted and hired Mr. Truesdale. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and was very compassionate to our situation. After 4 years , we are now back on our feet largely because of him. I referred a co-worker w/ the same situation with their first attorney, and they also were very happy with Mr. Truesdale and thanked me very much for referring him. Great Attorney
Mr. Truesdale was God sent. I would recommend all of my family friends to him. He was VERY knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of my case. I would not be in my house today if it wasn't for me. I wish there were more of Mr. Truesdale's out there. He put a whole new meaning to attorney's. Very Trustworthy. Whenever I saw Mr. Truesdale in the supermarket, I would give him a hug. Thank you Mr. Truesdale for coming into my life. I will never forget him. I wish I can send him a client everyday.

Choosing Mr. Truesdale as our lawyer was the best decision we ever made
Our decision to file chapter 13 bankruptcy was scary and humiliating. Mr. Truesdale, as well as his office staff, made the entire experience absolutely painless. He explained the entire process to us, answered every question that we had, responded to our phone calls and emails the same day they were placed, made us feel confident and comfortable with his expertise and experience, and above all, he and his office staff never made us feel ashamed of what we were doing. Our bankruptcy was a completely smooth process. When I emailed Mr. Truesdale a year into the bankruptcy he responded immediately. I would recommend Mr. Truesdale to anyone. He was the light at the end of a very long bleak tunnel.

Mark and Carla's Review on Bruce C Truesdale
Bruce has been very professional and upfront with both Carla and I. He has explained the consequenses of going through bankruptcy. He has indicated that this was the best choice for what financial complications Carla and I have been going through. We have requested certain provisions and Bruce has accomadated us the best he could. Bruce was very coordial and thourgh on his approach in leading us to all the facts and tribulations. Bruce seems to be a very competent attorney and is very knowledgable in the bankruptcy laws. We thank Bruce for his patience with me and Carla and I appreciate his handling of our case in a most upfront manner. I would also like to acknowledge his assistant attorney Sarah for her professionalism and knowledge in the bankruptcy field.
