Mr. Gist has worked to increase his clients' understanding of the very complex issues found in Bankruptcy Law. He does not believe in allowing non-professionals to do what an attorney should be doing. For that reason, Mr. Gist spends much time with his clients. He doesn't turn over his clients to a secretary or a paralegal to ask the very important questions. He does not give his clients a long questionaire to answer. He knows that his training as a Consumer and Bankruptcy Attorney has uniquely prepared him to be a very good advocate for those who need protection from creditors or for those who need to file Bankruptcy. Therefore, he prefers to know his clients very well by meeting with them personally. This increases his clients' comfort level and gives them confidence that their case will be handled professionally.

Mr. Gist only recommends that his clients file Bankruptcy if that is the best option for them. He offers a free, personal two hour consultation, and even provides clients with free forms that will help some of them avoid filing Bankruptcy. Since avoiding Bankruptcy is simply not possible for everyone, Mr. Gist knows that it is necessary to spend time with his clients, in order to assess what is best for each of them. Just as no two people are the same, he knows no two clients are alike. Mr Gist treats each client according to their own unique circumstances and needs.
