Brian graduated cum laude from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law where he held a prestigious clerkship with the Honorable Catherine Bauer in Riverside.  As a board member of the school’s moot court team, he attended the National Bankruptcy Conference in New York to argue pending Supreme Court issues in front of panels of the leading members of the legal profession.  He was the recipient of three Cali awards that recognized the best student in class. He was the managing editor of The Nexus Journal of Law and Policy, which focused on trending legal issues, including Citizens United and Food Law. Brian co-founded the Chapman Trial Attorney’s Group, the first plaintiff-based student group at Chapman Law, which remains active.

Brian gained his first taste of the law from his grandfather, a prominent attorney based in Palo Alto, California. Beginning at the age of 15, Brian worked for his father’s law firm, performing various tasks around the office. It was through these experiences that Brian realized his passion for the law. In addition to law, Brian also had a passion for the service industry. At 16, he worked as a manager of a bowling alley in Montrose, California that serviced the movie industry and hosted private parties. While attending the University of California, Santa Cruz in the early 2000s, Brian spent time waiting tables and managing one of the largest restaurants in the area. His passion for law, combined with his desire to meet new people, inspired his decision to open a law firm that focuses on providing impeccable, compassionate service while fighting relentlessly for his clients

Brian is a native Californian and a third generation attorney. He spends his free time camping, playing softball, and rooting for the San Francisco 49ers, the San Francisco Giants, and the UCLA Bruins. Brian currently resides with his wife, Meredith, an advocate for public higher education, and their one-year-old son Liam in Sacramento.
