I Googled finding a labor law attorney and Jacob had great reviews. He went out of his way to provide no-cost consultation to a single question around non-compete in CA. If a lawyer will be needed, I will certainly call upon Jacob. He displayed great knowledge!

Great insights and guidance
I was put in touch with Jacob through another law firm. I need counsel on an upcoming EDD appeals hearing, of which Jacob has experience in. His guidance on resources for preparation of the hearing, clarification on what is pertinent in the eyes of the law and administrative law judge were so helpful in knowing what I need to focus on and what will not be helpful to me. He was very patient, professional, experienced and asked great questions to get to the heart of the matter and was concise with what to focus on. Super relieved and glad I found him.

Amazing experience
All lawyers know the law but I guess only a handful know the law, have empathy with the client and truly have their best interest at heart and Jacob is one of them. I went through a few lawyers before proceeding with Jacob and it was the best decision . Jacob helped me understand the true issues and presented options along with his recommendation - fastest way to get the result. I went with his recommendation and we accomplished the result. Great lawyer
Jacob is a very pateint and reassuring lawyer. I hired him for a work lawsuit. He was able to get me the settlement and was very nice throughout the process. The defense lawyer took a bit time on his end but Jacob was very reassuring and kept me in loop. Definitely recommend him.

A very professional and thorough lawyer
Mr. Jacob Sider is definitely the lawyer you want to hire for any issues regarding employment issues. He is not just thorough and professional but he genuinely cares about his clients. He will guide you in the right direction and tell you step by step the measures that needs to be taken for you to have the strongest case. I was devastated when I was fired from my job for discrimination but with Jacob's help and advice I have the tools I need to fight back and I am now going into mediation with the upper hand on my employers. Lots of options out there, glad I hired this one!
I was concerned about hiring a lawyer, however I was referred to Mr. Sider. He is direct, to the point, took the time to learn the issue and explained everything in terms I could understand. In my experiences, lawyers spend a lot of time in the beginning, then you receive one word, vastly delayed responses once hired. Jacob always responded to me, kept me updated on where we were at every point in time, and constantly coached me on expectations. He's a great negotiator, organized and trustworthy. Though I don't think I'll be in this situation again, I would hire him in a second if needed. I'll definitely refer him if anyone I know needs help fighting the good fight.

Astonished
This was my first experience needing a lawyer and I have to say I'm pleased, not only with the outcome, but with the whole experience. Jacob was straight forward and honest the entire time. His experience in his field was obvious from day one. All I needed was to give him the information he asked for and he took care of the rest. I wasn't sure what I was expecting but his aggressiveness and vigilance got a much better outcome than I could have expected.
