Mr. Lofton received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, and went on to obtain his J.D. from University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall). He has clerked for Chief Justice Veasey of the Delaware Supreme Court and co-authored “Computer Security Publications: Information Economics, Shifting Liability and the First Amendment” (Whittier Law Review, Vol. 24, No. 1).

Helpful in so many ways
You can tell just in one conversation that John Lofton is the right kind of lawyer. One that you can trust and who will be straight with you. I contacted Mr. Lofton with a simple question about rights and protection for administrators and moderators of large Facebook groups. He had all the answers I needed and sent me applicable laws so I could do my own research. A small issue that would not require his services but none the less he took the time to assist me.

I had to deal with an unfortunate event but John’s professionalism, compassion, and knowledge of my situation really made the process that much easier. He really took the time to understand my situation. I absolutely recommend him if you are looking for representation, he will work hard for you. I hope I never have to seek his services again but if I do, John will be the 1st person I call.
