Mr. Sarieh is an excellent attorney

Mr. Sarieh is an excellent attorney. His command of the law and the facts, as well as his calm and thoughtful courtroom demeanor, make him an attorney any client would be thankful to have. I am thankful for his service in my case. He has my complete admiration and respect. Thank you.

Exceptional

I first met Wail during one of my court hearing in the hallway. We had a great conversation and got to know a little about him. At the time I was self representing myself. Things didn't go the way I had planned that day, so I did some research on Wail Sarieh and I liked what I read and to my aston...ishment his great rating by current and past clients. I scheduled to meet with him about my case days after my hearing. After meeting with him, I was able to see just how knowledgeable he was and is I was determined to hire him to represent me. What can I say, Wail knows what he's doing. I retained him the day of my hearing and he was able to put together in an hour and a half an argument to get my hearing continued. I wish I would have started with him from the very beginning. I would have saved a lot more money and I would have gotten results. Wail won my case and I am happy with the results, this is just the beginning. My best advice for anyone looking for a lawyer is, do not make the same mistake I made. I hired cheap attorney's and in the long run it's ended up costing me more and with very little results. Wail on the other hand is one of the top attorney's in Orange County. If you hire him you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend hiring Wail, I have never trusted anyone like I trust him. As long as you're upfront and give him all the information he needs, he will get the job done. He knows his way in the courtroom and his confidence in his ability and work he carries with pride and it shows.

In Our Case He Created Magic and Delivered!

Wail Sarieh is Amazing. And Marlene is Supportive. So how did the case get here?...as a 4th attorney in the new home state asks me that question once again in disbelief (really disbelief at the whole bizarre story, which Wail took on, and marvel at his fearlessness, creativity, and ability). The writ...ing was on the wall. I seemed to be involved in a biased courtroom that involved some games and tactics and disregard for procedure. This case had been going on for a year and as of three months before hiring Wail none of the parties in the case resided in California. My attorney had been pleading with the judge (in at least 3 occasions) to hear the motion that the case no longer belongs in California. The judge denied the request all 3 times, clearly rebuking procedure that he was supposed to hear that motion before considering custody issues. He stated each time he wanted to hear it after writing an order. With 10 days left for this order to be written, that the judge made it known he was determined to write, an attorney who I had called for some advice on these unusual courtroom happenings turned out to be my surprise link to this one of a kind attorney. She let me know there is nothing I can do about this seemingly rogue judge, it is too late, and he will write the order he seems determined to write. She further explained I will have to appeal, and my daughter will have to live with the inappropriate order until the appeals process ends, which could take up to a year. I bawled so loud, then she took a breath and said I know who you need to call, “an attorney out of Orange County, he is an expert in this jurisdictional stuff”. She hung up and called back five minutes later with the number for Wail Sarieh and said to give him a call. I called Wail the next day and explained everything to him. He explained to me that this case had been severely botched. I then had to fire my lawyer and retain Wail, after that was done there was literally a week before the judge was scheduled to write the order. Wail instructed me to get a counterpart in the state we want to transfer to, to work with him. That took about 2 days, so now we are left with five days to work with. I asked Wail if he will ask for a continuance because he just got on the case, he said no he doesn’t want to start out weak. And he and Marlene kept assuring me don’t worry this will be done. I explained my fear stemming from the fact that we have been trying to do this for a year, and certainly within the last 3 months, where it clearly seemed the case should be transferred. Marlene’s response was, “Wail wasn’t on the case before”. On November 2nd the judge met Wail for the first time (the day he planned to write the order). On November 15 he gave up jurisdiction (seemingly having made that decision after his initial meeting with Wail), and transferred the case to another state (where it is supposed to be). Wail is Amazing (enough said). And Marlene is Supportive. I can’t recall how many times during the week I called the office crying and scared, and Marlene was there to explain things to me and tell me not to worry. And even after the case was transferred she called for about two weeks after to follow up and find out what happened until the new case was open in its new home state. Amazing. Thank you. Highly recommended. They gave my daughter and I a beautiful Thanksgiving. Unreal attorney (leaving many attorneys to ask me... “how did this happen”, causing me to believe they wouldn’t have stepped out of the box as he did). Glad he exists and was recommended to me. I hope this recommendation/story helps direct someone else to him who needs him (as we clearly did), and in our case he created magic and delivered!

Godsend in a hopeless situation

So my ex husband hired an attorney to take custody of my son because I got a DUI for being passed out in my car with an open container in front of my house with no car keys. I,m telling you this so you will have a real idea of Wail's extraordinary capability in the court room. As you can see that sou...nds pretty horrible, right? It gets worse. My brother and his wife forged custody papers and lied to my ex about where I was (rehab, 43 days) as my brother had temporary guardianship (notarized agreement between us) of my son while I was seeking treatment and he was refusing to let my son see me. He was trying to cut me out of my sons life while lying to my ex about me. Anyways I intercepted my son during an exchange and this started my custody battle. My ex who now had my brother on his side because of the forgery (protecting his wife) were trying to make me look like an unfit mother and accused me of kidnapping and having my son in the car at the time of my DUI (not true). They even got the child custody investigator to right a report stating I should have supervised visitation. Thank God I found Wail Sarieh who took on my most complicated case and right away found a huge illegal mistake. My ex was in default and had no legal right to a custody trial that the commissioner had ordered. Wail got the court to admit their mistake and my ex had to start over. My ex and his attorney were ridiculous everything they got the court to order like an update child custody investigation update, custody trail and a 730 psychological evaluation they couldn't follow through with. When my attorney Wail questioned the child custody investigator during her testimony he made her look incompetent, unprofessional and proved she had a personal prejudice against me and that her conclusion was a personal opinion rather than evidence or that she did any investigating at all. When my brother testified he told lie after lie and Wail knew just how to make him fumble. My brother told one lie then 2 minutes later had a different answer, he started to sound like Porky Pig. After that his attorney convinced the court to order a 730 because they could have my brother finish is testimony obliviously it hurt their case rather than proving it. Long story short this started on 8-2-12 and ended on 2-2-15 I have 100% legal and physical custody of my 9 year son and through all of this I have achieved an AA in substance abuse counseling and am certified through the state of CA and am a full time counselor. Everyone makes mistakes, my Dad who I was separated from for 19 years died after 10 months of us reuniting. I didn't know how to cope and found alcohol at the age of 29 got sober at 32. My point in stating all of this is no one is the perfect parent but we can all strive to be. Wail believed in me and fought for us and we would not have won without him or God on our side. In fact without Wail I might have very well lost custody all together. Wail was a Godsend. With all that was against me we still won and I got everything we were fighting for. Trust me, you do not want to be up against Wail Sarieh in court so don't let your ex hire him before you do! I am blessed to have him as my attorney and proud to call him my friend. I cannot express my gratitude or appreciation enough to Wail and Marlene for all the hard work they put into my case. Thank you H. Madrigal
