Attorney Benjamin Wishart was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011 and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, as well as the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, he volunteered his time as a research assistant at the International Center for Law and Religion Studies. He also served as a volunteer deputy attorney at the Orange County District Attorney’s office in the fall of 2012, where he prosecuted misdemeanor offenses.

Excellent Lawyer
Ben was very kind. Divorce is not easy, but Ben walked me through all the steps. It took about 10 months from start to finish. Ben was always on time and attentive when we had to meet about the case, in the office and at the court house.
