About Charles
Biography
Born in Atlanta Georgia and graduated high school from Douglas County High. After high school, I entered the Navy where I was an aviation hydraulics specialist working on C54, P2, P3, A4, F8 and A7 aircraft. I was promoted to Chief Petty officer (E7) after only 6 years in the Navy. I was promoted to Master Chief Petty Officer (E9) where I was assigned as Command Master Chief in VR46. I retired from the Navy in 1988.
I attended the University of Maryland where I obtained an Associates Degree in 1981 and a Bachelors Degree in 1983.
My last year in the Navy, I began law school at Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, I was a member of the National Moot Court Competition team and president of the Moot Court.
Since law school, I have worked primarily in the area of personal injury and workers compensation law and Probate law.
My law practice is located in the historic district of Powder Springs the City where I grew up.
I am an active member of the Rotary Club of Douglas County where I've held the office of Secretary, Treasurer and President. We were the host family for the Georgia Rotary Student program where we hosted an international student from Argentina in 2001-2002.
Both me and my wife ride Harley's when we can.
