Will Bruzzo has been a lawyer since 1993. He has been admitted to the State Bar of California since 1996 and to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1993. The primary emphasis of his practice has been criminal law. Will has successfully represented hundreds of clients in the Superior Court of California throughout Southern California to include Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego counties. In 2001 he represented the Defendant in the infamous “cat torturer” case that was widely reported in the media.

In 1993 Will began his career in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Lawyer. He was honorably discharged in 2000 as a Major. His Marine Corps career included positions as a Company Commander in a 500 Marine Company and as the Executive Officer in a Headquarters Company with the 4th Tank Battalion in Mira Mesa, California. Mr. Bruzzo continues to defend Marines and other service members accused under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Mr. Bruzzo graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio in 1992. He graduated from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York in 1989. He is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Central District of Southern California in addition to the state bars indicated above.
Seven years of Mr. Bruzzo’s childhood was spent in Spain. As a result he speaks fluent Spanish.

Mr. Bruzzo was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure while in Law School. Mr. Bruzzo was an all-star soccer player for the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in 29 Palms, California. He continues to play soccer and sponsor local teams.

Super Good Lawyer

I bought a van ,it turned out stolen i was facing 2 prior strikes and car theft so around 8 yrs, i felt like commiting suicide. I hired William cause hes military and i know those guys aint cowards they dont abandon you in war. Case lasted about 2 months and i only showed up to court for having fake id to go to clubs ,so i got informal probation. We didnt talk much during case but he showed me that he knows the Law and the courts. That guy is my Hero Thanks William Bruzzo. ,Youre A SUPER LAWYER . ALMOST SUPERMAN. THANKS SO MUCH FOR JUSTICE. "Superman Lawyer" without a cape.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i was a Lawyer id want to be just like him. Mr Superman william Bruzzo was extraordinary. I bought a van that turned out to be stolen and a fake id charges . Both charges were dismissed ,i just received 1 year informal probation. Hes my lawyer for life,hes like an Archangel protecting you. We didnt talk much but he definetely way beyond and further light years of what i expected . I thought id be in jail 1 or 2 years having strikes. Wow Bruzzo. Thank God for this man.

I was staring down the barrel of seven felony warrants. He got the case dismissed and thrown out of court Will is an amazing lawyer at a very affordable price it would be a mistake to pass him by, you want him in the courtroom defending you, there is no other.

Amazing Work!

I found Will after I searched the internet for an attorney that specializes or has had experience in factual innocence motions. Even though my previous attorneys told me that it was virtually impossible to get this motion granted, Will proved them wrong. Not only was he responsive when I needed to reach him, but he also stayed on top of my case, even though there were time constraints involved with my professional life tied to this case. Simply the best

As a former military service member, Mr. Bruzzo knows how the court views favorable military service records. I was being charged for a misdemeanor hit and run and Mr. Bruzzo was able to easily get the charge dismissed. He was a pleasure to work with. You could tell with how he carried himself in the court house that he literally new everyone and their mother, including the DA's. He makes no promises, however gives you the confidence and ease that you're in good hands. It was an honor and privilege to work with Mr. Bruzzo. A Pro

This attorney handled the case in a timely manner and very professionally, I had my sentence stayed because of William, in a time where my life is under attack by some crazy energy or force, this man reduced the stress level of the little life i have left after the last few years of weird and crazy things happening to me. A little higher priced than some attorneys I can argue, but it is probably worth it to have someone with energy and vitality to handle your case like Mr. Bruzzo. My criminal case should never of existed, I did not do what I was charged with doing, but I was naive thinking i could just tell the truth and not worry about the other side lying and that everything would just work it self out, sometimes you need help in life. And in this case I wish I had called William Bruzzo first and never used any other attorney.

Case dismissed

I was charged with Domestic Violence under penal code section 243(e)(1) as a misdemeanor, when my husband and I had an argument and my husband told police that I had touched/pushed him, even though there were no injuries. One of my children called the police and I was arrested. Initially I had the public defender and they represented me for about three months. I was tired of how long the case was taking and I was innocent of the charge so I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo who was referred to me by another lawyer. Mr. Bruzzo reviewed the police reports and other evidence I presented him and then he went to court without me. On the first court date he got the case DISMISSED after speaking with the District Attorney. I believe Mr. Bruzzo’s familiarity with the courts and the District Attorney in Orange County was the key to the excellent result here. Case dismissed

I was originally arrested for 2 felonies and 2 misdemeanors. Will acted quickly and got the case filed as two misdemeanors, no felonies: a great start! He compiled letters of recommendation and previous performance reviews from my employer and built a solid package to present to the DA. With materials in hand and a convincing personality, Will persuaded the DA to dismiss the case altogether after I completed some community service. I now have nothing on my record and have been given a second chance thanks to Will.

Knows The Law!

I was involved in a civil harassment case in which, the party accusing me of harassment was not only lying about the situation, he was trying to win the case and use it against me in an on going child custody case that we are both involved in Family Court. Will, was able to tell me that the burden of proof was on the petitioner and what the law says specifically about my type of case. Will's knowledge of the law, made the difference in this case. He was able to show the holes, expose the lies, and untangle misinformation that the petitioner offered to the Judge. It makes all the difference to have a lawyer who knows the law and explain what your rights are under it and fight for you. In the end, I won my case! Mr. William Bruzzo's review

My name is Corkye. I am bipolar. In 2005 I had an episode, I drove my car against traffic and hit 9 cars. Thank God nothing happen to anybody but there was substantial property damage. I was arrested and in need of a good attorney. After interviewing several attorneys my family hired Mr. William Bruzzo to represent me. He did an excellent job. I was charge with assault with a deadly weapon nine times. There were nine felonies that thanks to Mr. Bruzzo the Judge dismissed six of them. I received five years probation and three months time served in jail. More recently, I hired Mr. Bruzzo to represent me again. I was confident I would win the case because he did such a good job the last time. For this case, Mr. Bruzzo asked me to put together letters from my health care providers who have seen me so I could show the uninterrupted treatment. On 10/22/2014 Mr. Bruzzo prepared a motion to reduce the felonies to misdemeanors, my doctors wrote letters indicating I was a good patient and that my symptoms are under control and that I had learned how to manage them. Mr. Bruzzo represented me so well in front of the Judge that after considering all the evidence Mr. Bruzzo gathered he granted me the reduction of the felonies to misdemeanors. I am very happy with the way Mr, Bruzzo represented me that now I have the opportunity to get my life back, I will be able to gain employment and my driver's license. I am happy to recommend Mr. William Bruzzo to anyone. My family and I are forever grateful for his excellent job.

Highly Recommended Attorney

This was my first time needing an attorney, and Mr. Bruzzo helped make a difficult situation much more bearable. The Police came to my home to investigate a hit and run [Vehicle Code Section 20002(a)] where someone claimed I ran into them with my car. I denied any collision, but the officer said he found some damage on my vehicle consistent with the accident claimed by the victim and I was issued a citation for Vehicle Code Section 20002(a), Hit and Run. At the time of the incident I was very concerned about having this conviction on my record, feeling that it could effect my career. I hired Mr. Bruzzo to represent me because I saw that he had gotten very good results in many other hit and run cases like mine. Mr. Bruzzo informed me that even a diversion offer from the District Attorney would not be helpful to me because it requires a guilty plea, which is as good as a conviction for many professions. Mr. Bruzzo made contact with the person who accused me to negotiate a civil compromise, but this person was uncooperative and we were unable to get a civil compromise letter whereby the victim could put in she did not desire prosecution. Despite not having the civil compromise letter, Mr. Bruzzo still managed to get the case dismissed without my pleading guilty when I showed that my insurance company had paid the damages and after I agreed to provide DNA. Despite the hurdles, Mr. Bruzzo stuck with my case, and helped me get a very satisfactory result. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any similar hit and run, vehicle Code Section 20002(a) matter.

Better than a get out of jail free card

After moving to OC and getting charged with Reckless driving, hit and run, and driving on private property with a suspended license and with my record I figured I would have to shell out for a lawyer and best case scenario not have to serve time. Will Bruzzo came in and not only got all the charges dropped but provided me with a peace of mind through out the entire process. I've never walked out smiling at a court room until I had Bruzzo defending me. The best investment and phone call i've ever made by far was calling Will Bruzzo and knowing that I have a shark defending me not an incompetent attorney. Would recommend to everybody regardless of situation.

The Very Best!!! Honest hardworking Smart Real Integrity Affordable Worth every penny and more!!!

I have had Mr. Bruzzo defend me for a possible life sentence he managed to bring it down to two years, plead guilty then he found a hole in a previous case and after all was said and done his liabilty and service was over with but he still brought me back from the prison and reduced my record to one strike and I served 15 months. He is by far the best price most loyal friendly and helpful, I wish all attorney's have the integrity this man has. Thanks to him and his advice I have turned my life around finished school and have hope!
