11,000 dollars later I have the custody rights of a felon, and white collar child support payments. Probably the worst office in terms of communication. Internally no one talks to each other. Externally, you're left in the dark with rude comments like, "I imagine my lawyer will call you when he has s...omething to say". I was initially assigned a lawyer that proved to be incompetent and had to plead with this office to remove him from the case. The lack of communication, the horrible diplomatic skills, missed appointments all added to the much needed change. I really should have cut ties there. Moshteal finally changed my representation and THAT gentleman even stated on multiple accounts on my previous lawyer's short comings. I kept paying....and paying....and paying, constantly being told what was bound to happen in this custody case. The day before court, I'm being told that the man to represent me, was the first lawyer we kicked off the team. What's better is that I was told not to worry because, "he spent a lot of time with him LAST NIGHT, and that he's up to speed. I told them that this was unacceptable. Their solution.....Bring in another NEW lawyer and brief him that day! I received zero reliable contact information for this new lawyer. This led to me guessing out of the crowd which gentleman was mine. A daunting task for the un-trained however, I am starting to become wise to Moshteal's firm. I tried to look for the most disappointing lawyer and got it right on the first try! Not only did the opposing party wipe the floor with us, but we payed them 4,500 dollars to do it. My NEW lawyer stood there, mouth open as they threw out every single main argument we thought we had. They then sent me a bill of almost 3000 with items like an email that cost 200 to draft and another 200 to send. We since worked out who was paying that bill. Now the opposing party is reaching out to me saying that Moshteal refuses to sign post trial documents because I'm no longer his client. I feel scammed and lied to. Taken advantage of because it was so obvious on how badly I wanted to see my little girl. Every bill was last minute and had questionable charges. Some of which we had to omit. I can't remember a bill that was populated as the case was worked. I know that because I constantly checked the website they provided for progress on funds. I now have a horrible custody agreement and half legal custody. But, only this time I pay 2000 a month and cannot hardly afford to feed myself and pay off this exorbitant amount of debt. Let alone the trips to California to execute my agreement. It honestly concerned me for a long time that if I wrote an honest review about what Moshteal did to me he would retaliate. Making it even harder. But, I am still hurting after this and tired of reflecting on how unjust this entire process was. I don't know how you received a review following as you currently enjoy. I would plead with anyone to not ask for help from this businessman.

This attonrey did not prepare for my case with 1 months notice, HE had to ask for a continuance on a very time sensitive issue and hindered my case the entire time he represented me.. He asked for an incredible amount of money to do nothing. He has so many people working for him, all doing one thing ...and nobody communicates.

Don’t Belive everything you read! One star is too many. I hired this attorney based on his INCREDIBLE REVIEWS. Felt so lucky to have found him! He seemed so nice! Once hired he ignored every email, phone call, was rude and dismissive. The turn around in his office was non stop. Even his receptionis...t whispered over the phone that it wasn’t just me that was unhappy. He doesn’t care about anything but getting paid. THAT IS THE TRUTH.
