Horrible Expereince

Being involved in a lawsuit is an already intimidating and difficult time and having an uncommunicative attorney and one that seems to be lacking in some basic knowledge of the law made the experience even more stressful. Calls were not returned, deadlines were missed and I only found out my paperwo...rk was never filed with the courts due to a very kind bill collector who let me know my case had been dismissed without discharge so the debts were able to be collected. 18 months later I have received another judgment which was not taken care of despite assurances on 3 separate occasions that it has been indeed handled. It appeared the onus was on me to know the law which negates the point of hiring an attorney.

Exceptional service all round ! Highly recommend.

William helped us establish a Family Trust in the most efficient manner imaginable. We were short on time and bandwidth at the time and he streamlined the end to end process for us. We felt well advised over emails and were very grateful when he made time for us on the only day we could meet. Thoughtful and conscientious

We engaged William Huestis to execute our Family Trust. He helped us to understand the nuances of a family trust, during our preliminary meeting, in order to make the most educated decisions on how we wanted it set up. Once we were ready to execute the Trust, William went through all 50+ pages of ...the documents in order for us to clearly understand the documents and what we were signing. We highly recommend William Huestis

Very Satisfied Client Referred by Job Employee Assistance

It is with much pleasure I can prepare a review of the services of Mr. William Huestis. I actually picked him from a list given to me by my Employer Assistance program. I was in need legal services regarding a Marriage Dissolution that had been started and existed almost 5 years..the situation cont...inued to hit snags for various reasons, and I knew I was in need of professional help...Mr. Huestis, after our first initial meeting he assured me he could help bring the situation to closure, he did exactly that. He never tired of my questions, and concerns, always assuring me, it would happen in time.... As I write this review, with a smile on my face, and joy as I embark upon a new chapter in my life....Divorce is never easy for either party, yet when it is deemed necessary, and all other options exhausted, it is good to know there are professionals who handle these often delicate situations with the upmost care, and attention...
