Noah took on a very very complex case of mine. We went threw order of protection to settlement or attempt there of out of court. Noah was there to help keep me in check and gave me a dose of reality when the law seemed so unfair and one sided.
I would highly recommend him as a divorce attorney. He won in my favor every time my ex called me into court with an emergency summons.
Mr. Peterson exceeded all my expectations in his representation of my case. He is professional, yet able to handle my ex husbands rude, dishonest, snake of an attorney without hesitation. Mr. Peterson grasped the facts of my case quickly, and worded the motions and responses perfectly. He handled settlement negotiations swiftly, did not waste time on rediculous offers, or hesitate in taking my case to court. In court he was prepared and quick to respond. Mr. Peterson had filed and prepared every request of the court, and pointed out to the judge that the respondent had not. He has a charming demeanor that is balanced perfectly with the confident, aggressive representation that is necessary to prevail in litigation.
Noah Peterson received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Noah was immediately hired by First Hawaiian Bank, the largest Privately owned Financial Institution in Hawaii.  While at First Hawaiian Bank Noah focused on transactional work, specializing in the preparation and review of Commercial Loan Documentation.  His position with First Hawaiian Bank, provided a strong knowledge of commercial law concepts and prepared him for a long and successful career in the legal field.
After joining the work force for several years, Noah was offered an Academic Merit Scholarship to attend Arizona Summit Law School. During law school Noah excelled in academics and was selected to be a member of the SBA Appropriations Committee, a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and was recognized with a Community Service Certificate for his volunteer work within the community.
As an Arizona Attorney, Noah decided to dedicate his practice exclusively to Family Law. Noah has been lead counsel on a variety of family law cases including child custody matters, high asset divorce, establishing grandparent rights, child support, and enforcement of court orders. Noah prides himself on helping his clients during their hard times, by taking the time to listen to each client's situation and needs, then work with his client to develop the right legal strategy and approach for each individual case.
In 2017, Noah and his family were blessed with the opportunity to return home to Honolulu, Hawaii. Upon returning, Noah joined Yoshida & Associates as an associate attorney. Noah currently handles ERISA Fund clients, labor arbitrations, collections, and  bodily injury cases.

Family Matter Divorce
Noah represented me in my Family Matter Divorce and was outstanding in all respects; advocacy, costs, and attentiveness. Every single time I called he took my call; most exemplary! Mr. Peterson supported me legally and personally; you know he will go beyond expectations of support. I would give him Ten Stars if able. I am an exceedingly satisfied client and most appreciative for Mr. Peterson’s expertise and doggedness!

Client
Noah was very helpful and honest throughout my case. He was always easy to contact and conscience of my personal needs. His advise was always in the best interest of myself and children. I would recommend his services to any of my family or friends, with no hesitation. I am grateful for his services and advise. Without his assistance, I am unsure my divorce would have resulted in such a positive resolution. Thank you Noah!

Aggressive, Excellent and Affordable Attorney
Noah is an aggressive, but professional attorney. He provided excellent services. Noah was prompt in returning my phone calls and e-mails. Noah was understanding and caring during my difficult divorce with children case. I have friends that hired attorneys who charged way too much for their services, but they received terrible results. However, Noah got me great results for an affordable rate. I am extremely happy with the services he provided me with and I would recommend him to anyone. Noah is awesome!

Highly Recommend Mr. Peterson
I hired Noah to assist in me in my child custody proceedings in Arizona. Noah was always well prepared for all of our hearings and meetings. I have had other attorneys before, who were hard to get a hold of, Noah was always available to discuss my case or answer my questions. Noah exceeded my expectations, you will not regret hiring him as your attorney.

Great Family Law Attorney
Noah was always very helpful and attentive to all my calls and emails. I always felt like he truly cared about me and the outcome of my case. I have had attorneys who do not accept calls or respond to emails before, it was refreshing to have an attorney who actually cared.
