We used Navid and his team to assist with a custody case. For the better part of a year, they helped navigate a difficult issue with ease and truly felt like they were invested in the outcome of the case. It took some time but eventually, we were able to get the case to court and be heard. After being legally separated for 26 months and an informal custody agreement that was becoming extremely messy, I was lucky enough to find and retain Navid and his firm, Moshtael Family Law. Navid Moshtael is an absolute bulldog when it comes to complex family law issues. This was true of my case where there was a complex custody case involving six of my children. There were also high assets involved. Navid is very experienced, having worked in LA and OC for years he knows all the other ...attorneys and their styles of attack or game plan, which gives a tremendous advantage. Not only does he have knowledge of all opposing counsel, he also knows the family law judges and how they typically operate. I would say Navid is one of the best attorneys when it also comes to trial, he has this ability to stay one step ahead and in control.
