Shows up at every one of my father’s criminal trials to be of assistance to his criminal attorney. And has gone above and beyond to secure conservatorship so I can... get my father the care he needs to finish his life with dignity. Navid has taken good care of me thus far. Our working relationship started just 10 days ago and I've been impressed with his prompt attention, professionalism, expertise, strategy and bed side manner. I literally called him at noon to schedule an initial consult which we scheduled a few days later an...d then called him back to see if he could help me with an emergency domestic violence restraining order and an ex-parte custody order and he met me at 4PM that same day, we were in court the next day at which time we were awarded everything we asked for. He's been available to me 24/7, has good instincts and reached out to me to make sure I was emotionally ok (my case is a heart breaking). I know we have a long way to go with my case but I'm really happy to be working with Navid, he's the kinda guy who won't just tell you what you want to hear but will work hard for you to do what he can to get results.

Hired Navid after a very long and reassuring consultation. He answered many questions for me that I needed to know legally and had the confidence to move back into my home without any recourse from the police. Navid is very professional and answers my texts almost immediately. His office is amazing l...ooking and his staff are very friendly. The very next day after I told my STBXW that I had moved back in, she called the police and they told her that there was nothing they can do because I was on the lease and there was no domestic violence. I was served divorce and custody papers while I was at work that night. I called first thing in the morning after speaking with Navid and got an appointment right away with Bob, his senior attorney. He has a full team of attorneys working for him. While reviewing the divorce and custody paperwork, my ex called and served me notice that she filed an ex parte to get a restraining order against me due to alleged domestic violence and wanted me to be removed from my home and take full legal and physical custody of my children. Luckily I was in a meeting with Bob when she called and he heard the notice. We were at the courthouse within the 4 hours of notice and sat in court for 2 hours while getting excellent legal advice from Bob before the judge had denied all of her claims. This is just the beginning of a long road ahead, but so far I am extremely satisfied with my representation and would recommend Navid to anyone.

I contacted Navid back in March when COVID-19 restrictions brought my career to a screeching halt and I had to modify my support payments to my ex. Needless to say, divorce can be a grueling process that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, and this was my first go-around. Navid impressed me right ...off the bat with his (and his team's) promptness at returning my calls and emails. He's direct, which I like. Ultimately the court hearing took longer to happen than expected (no fault on anyone), and one of his associates, Ron Chaplin ended up handling my court hearing (online). Ron had been doing more of the correspondence with me and I felt good about the decision. He impressed me with his knowledge of my case, despite there being so much space in between conversations at times. The judge made a favorable verdict for me (albeit temporary), so I'm happy with how things have turned out so far. If I could make one suggestion to earn that 5th star, Navid and his team can be quite aggressive when it comes to securing $$ upfront for the retainer (which gets drained/replenished very quickly). All this at a time when my financial situation was in a tailspin. So, if this is your first time dealing with family law, buckle up...it's expensive and it can/will bring out the worst in you and your ex. My mistake was trying to handle our divorce via mediation initially, which all sounds good until differences arise. Do it right the first time, leave nothing open to interpretation.
