Even though I have been divorced for a decade it has been a constant battle with my ex over money and time with my children. Over the last two years my ex-wife actively engaged behaviors that were harming myself and my children forcing me to take legal action. I found myself in horrible situation recently and the best move I could possibly have made was to hire Navid Moshtael. Trust me when I say, you want Navid in your court, and not the other way around. Navid had my ex shaking and in tears at our deposition (to the point I felt bad for him for a secon...d). The deposition ultimately resulted in a settlement by the opposing party, thanks to Navid’s highly impressive litigations skills, and I received custody of my daughter back after 4 months of losing custody entirely temporarily due to a previous attorney I had hired failed to appropriately respond to an ex parte notice. At our deposition, the court reporter actually said on break that if she ever found herself needing a family law attorney, she would hire Navid without hesitation (and I’m sure she knows them all). Jenny Corona is a huge asset the Moshtael Family Law team. Jenny is an attorney under Navid whom I corresponded mostly with, you can tell she really cares about her clients and what’s in the child’s best interest. She was a huge advocate for me and a blessing to work with during such a traumatic time, I am forever grateful for her hard work and dedication to my case . The firm is not cheap, but in my experience throughout the years in family court, you get what you pay for. If I ever find myself needing family law representation, I will hire Moshtael Law again without hesitation.
