To the Team at Moshtael Family Law, In August 2025, my life entered one of its darkest chapters. In an effort to relocate our children to a non-Hague Convention country, my ex-wife filed domestic violence allegations against me. A Temporary Restraining Order was granted, and from that moment forwa...rd, everything I knew about my life was turned upside down. After working with two different attorneys without finding the direction and confidence I desperately needed, I was fortunate to find Mr. Moshtael. That was the turning point in my case—and in my life.
