Our project required we collaborate with Mr. Dibaei to draft lending agreements mutually acceptable to all parties. Based on the adversarial nature of such a set up, there is almost always some level of contention between the attorneys. To the contrary, Mr. Dibaei had done his homework. He had taken the time to acquire previous agreements we had drafted and made changes to address his client's needs as a borrower. Mr. Dibaei possesses a tremendous and comforting presence that made the project go by very smoothly.
