Amir Sam Dibaei

Mr. Amir is the new generation of Lawyer. Our Century City Office hired him for $5,000.00 to turn a segment of our office into a "paperless" office. The closest quote we got to Mr. Amir's was $32,000!! Can you believe that he saved us $27,000? When our senior partner told him he wouldn't be gettin...g a job here because of the discount, he was as cool as can be! He replied: no. but just cause you said that I won't come help you when you are begging me to figure out how to do the next thing. He wasn't stupid. he knew we were going to replicate his work to the rest of the office. In reality we were stupid. He purchased 25 licenses for the 25 computers he worked on. To buy a license? $10,000. So how did Mr. Amir get 250k in licenses just to sell them to us for a fraction of that? The answer: he had done the legal work for the start up company that had the software. He ha a crystal vision of what the legal world of tomorrow is going to look like and he made it clear "none of these podcasts or articles tell you anything except vague, abstract ideas and statements. We all know technology will help... but does anyone know how? No. I had to pick up that torch and it really wan't that hard." Now half the staff wants him to come in and conduct a seminar. The older management especially. But he is one of these "I don't care about senior partners" type. "Don't hire me. You can make just as money overbilling your next client. That is, until that client hears about my office and you never heard from them again." He knew how to confront the wrong guy. I'll tell you that but his charisma and intelligence is off the charts.

I've been using Mr. Dibaei and his firm of super young, sleek lawyers for my business troubles for a while. Our last case he won within 18 minutes of a 7 day trial by conducting his own investigations. I gave him a $10,000 flat fee to conduct my trial. He spent $2,300 in research that he didn't tel...l anyone about until trial. Their fraud was so obvious the judge granted motion for judgment. He is in the top 10 business lawyers in Los Angeles. You would think he is a cocky, rich, jerk that takes credit for other people's work. Unfortunately for Amir, the "Trump Effect" has made itself into the Courts. Before that I had never seen a judge show Mr. Dibaei anything but respect. After, he produces the same work but the prejudice is obvious. It got so bad once that a judge made him file a complaint against another judge. 6 months later the response came and it simply asked for the same information. It was clear his complaint was thrown away. He is a great lawyer still. Top 10 in LA easy. He will tell you which Judges are racist and won't take certain cases where he might end up in their Court Rooms.

The attorneys at the Law Offices of Amir Sam Dibai have been the most pleasant part of moving my clothing business to Los Angeles from Indiana. They are always a phone call away for anything I can't or don't feel comfortable doing myself. Full disclosure: their office manager encouraged me to leave t...his comment. He simply told me to be honest (but they must have been confident with my satisfaction because I felt these reviews were an accurate reflection of Mr. Dibeai and his firm.!

When I first approached Amir, I had asked him to file an LLC under a name that’s related to my name. He had an option to file an LLC under any name that was ‘immediately available’ for convenience, but he went above and beyond to file an LLC that was almost impossible to register (INCREDIBLY desirabl...e, lengthy process, heavy fees, complex application, and an unknown duration for the response of an approved/rejected letter from the Secretary of State. Just one week later, Amir’s e-mailed me a copy of the certified registration documents that he had just received from the Secretary of State that day. His experiences with such a diverse list of clientele allowed him to draw on his client’s experiences and really provided a detailed plan on how to market a successful clothing label. I had applied to many top suppliers with the hopes of having my applications accepted, but that day never came. I gave Amir a call with the issue and was asked to wait a few days to see if he had any connections. Two days later, Amir landed my first supplier, American Apparel. In a matter of weeks, Amir had created a business that was now capable of doing business worldwide with the support of most notable supplier in the United States.

Mr. Dibaei helped defend my company in a breach of contract action. The person suing me did not pay me and therefore did not receive his shipment. I thought that was simple enough: you don't pay, you don't get anything. That wasn't the "case" :-( My previous attorney had charged me over $8,000.00 to... simply file a response to the complaint and attend two hearings. Mr. Dibaei charged me about $6,500.00 for his services over the course of two months. At the end of those two months, he had spent $860.00 in filing fees (shows how many motions he filed) and had the case dismissed! I have dealt with a lot of lawyers during my career and Mr. Dibaei's approach was one of the most unique and refreshing. In terms of strategy he would just lay it out for me. He was very confident in himself and his abilities. There was none of this "well, it depends on what you want" type of a thing. He would present the options and would tell me which one he would go with. In all honesty I just let him do whatever he thought was best.
