Not a good experience with attorney

According to The Florida Bar, the overarching principles of honesty, integrity, civility, and professionalism extend beyond the courtroom and into personal conduct. Webb Millsaps fails miserably. He bullies his 81-year-old neighbor, calling her names, stalking her, and causing extreme emotional distr...ess. He was arrested for battery and held in jail overnight. And in what could only be explained by his clear psychopathic tendencies, he literally allowed two friendly community cats to possibly die stuck in the roof of his home rather than do what was necessary to rescue them. If you have any soul whatsoever, look elsewhere for legal advice.

Excellent

I had a customer who did not pay for the services that were provided to them. Mr Webb explained to me in detail what my options are and then also filed a lawsuit and helped me get a judgement on this client. He provided me with a fixed cost solution and his fees were reasonable compared to other atto...rneys I spoke to and I am happy with the results I received.

Above and Beyond!

I hired Webb Millsaps for a contract dispute against the governing board in my professional industry, and I was extremely pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to my case from start to finish! We received an outcome in our favor despite the statistical unlikelihood of going agai...nst this governing body. I would definitely recommend him!

Construction lawsuit

I contacted, consulted with, and ultimately hired Webb Millsaps to help with a lawsuit I needed to file. We worked on the case for about a year and he helped me come to a resolution with the case.
