Biography
Mark S. Eisenberg is an experienced trial lawyer whose broad background includes business and commercial litigation, real estate, construction, professional liability, trade secrets/unfair competition, insurance disputes and personal injury.
Mr. Eisenberg received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law with Moot Court honors in 1990. He has served as the Co-Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Solo and Small Firm section, and is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Barristers, where he served as founder and Co-Chair of the Senior Law Day Committee and the Senior Citizens’ Legal Handbook Committee. When he’s not practicing law, Mr. Eisenberg plays the trumpet in several musical organizations, including the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic, The Big Band of Barristers Jazz Band, the UCLA Alumni Band, the Pacific Palisades Oom Pa Pa Marching Band, where he is now in his 30th year as its Music Director, and Slave to Rhythm, an 8-piece funk/soul cover band.
In 1997 Mr. Eisenberg formed the Law Offices of Mark S. Eisenberg & Associates, a boutique firm specializing in civil litigation, arbitration, mediation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution, with emphases on business, commercial, professional liability, unfair competition, real estate and tort matters. The firm is dedicated to providing effective personalized litigation and legal services to each of its clients, institutional and individual alike. As a result, Eisenberg & Associates has developed extensive experience in numerous areas of civil litigation, arbitration, mediation and in private dispute forums throughout the State of California. Eisenberg & Associates also provides a variety of transactional services to its clients, such as drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and contracts, structuring business transactions, and forming and advising partnerships, corporations and other business associations.
While Eisenberg & Associates has the proven skills, depth and experience to handle complex and technical multi-party litigation, we routinely handle the medium and smaller pieces of litigation as well. Regardless of the size or complexity of a dispute, Eisenberg & Associates works closely with each of its clients to identify its particular litigation goals and objectives and then carefully plan and execute an appropriate litigation strategy to meet them. As part of that process, an appropriate fee arrangement is established, ranging from traditional hourly fees and contingent fee arrangements, to creative non-traditional arrangements, including "blended" fee agreements. Whenever possible, Eisenberg & Associates works with its clients to identify and minimize risks which may lead to litigation. Members of the firm are active in the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County and the Beverly Hills Bar Associations and many charitable and service organizations.

Efficient and Effective
After other attorneys failed, Mark Eisenberg delivered. His strategic thinking and efficient but comprehensive review of documents resulted in a full recovery of my claims. Going to court and/or arbitration was authorized, however, thanks to Mark's approach it was unnecessary. Highly recommend.
