The Law Offices of Amir Sam Dibaei is a boutique litigation and transactional law firm in West LA providing general counsel to individuals, startups, small to medium businesses, athletes, actors and personalities.
Over the course of 8 years, the Law Offices of Amir Sam Dibaei quickly grew from a solo practice to a boutique firm by focusing on helping the client--not billing the client.
All the attorneys at the firm started as interns. "We're not hiring attorneys from other firms. Our philosophy is simple: if you do what you have always done, you're going to get what you've always gotten. Legal professionals and firms are far, far behind their business counterparts. We are ushering in a new era and to do that we need new lawyers,” says the firm’s senior partner, Amir Dibaei.
The lawyers at the firm may be young but they are the future. "You can't deny it any longer: our attorneys are better, our prices are better, our services are better," says Dibaei. “We are better—I can say that now—but in 4 years everyone else will be saying we are the best.”

In the summer of 2016 the firm conducted an internal audit. What they found was astonishing: nearly all of the firm's clients are referrals. Even more astonishing was the fact that 15% of those referrals were from people on the other side. People are satisfied and word about the firm is getting out.
Since 2016 the firm has also added consultation services for Law Firms needing updated or customized tech-solutions; serving as counsel for Content Creators; Influencer Companies; Internet Companies; E-Gaming; as well as creating our own customized in-house softwares to help propel our capabilities far ahead of our peers.

Honest!
We had a consultation with Mr. Dibaei and his team. We didn't end up hiring his firm because he provided us a solution that didn't require spending extra on lawyers. I thanked him for that and will be sure to contact him the next time I have legal issues.
