This was written before the outcome of the case to keep the integrity of my review with been, however, we got exactly what we hoped for. A dismissal! Ben is dependable, has a commanding presence in the courtroom, and extremely knowledgable. Some moments about Ben that stood out to me: 1. He... said you hire lawyer of course for their knowledge and experience on a case. Although cases may not always go to plan lawyers have seen plenty of cases in their careers to give you a good judgement on the outcome. Trust what Ben says when he has an opinion on something. 2. After a hearing with Ben, we left the courtroom with multiple lawyers coming out telling me that I was in good hands and lots of other lawyers agree with his opinion on a law mentioned during a hearing. Even among professionals he seemed to be well known and knowledgable. 3. During that hearing it seemed as if the room went silent when he spoke. He just seems to have a strong presence that is respected and not to be messed with. You'll know what I mean when you meet him. If you're looking for the best, I highly recommend Ben. Thanks for helping me through a unjust prosecution of careless driving.

Rather than write a length account of my case I'll try to cut to the chase. In January of 2020 I found myself being arrested and charged with a DUI. I tried my best to preserve my innocence but cops do a very good job are getting you to incriminate yourself and collect evidence to justify your D...UI. After my arrest I knew I needed a great attorney because, not only did I adhere to a sobriety test (which I failed terribly) but also my entire livelihood and professional licenseship was at stake. Through some searching I was lucky to come across Benjamin. Now, over a year later, and many court hearings later, Benjamin helped me achieve the unthinkable. My case has been renegotiated and I am facing much less severe repercussions and charges than the original DUI. At certain points along the way, I was ready to throw the towel in and just accept defeat. Yeah sure, I had hired an attorney but to be honest, I thought I was just being strung along. Nonetheless, I trusted Ben when he told me he was making progress and that he had found a path for us to get the charge dropped to a lesser charge. Sure enough, he had been slowly chipping away at the District Attorney and the court's findings the entire time. Benjamin is not the cheapest attorney by a long shot. You will pay a premium price because he provides a premium expert level service. For myself, I would never even consider a different attorney in a legal matter. Benjamin will always have my business.
