WRONGFULLY CONVICTED OF A CRIMINAL OFFENSE? CONTACT ME ABOUT AN APPEAL OR POSTCONVICTION REVIEW.

I have been representing clients on appeal for over 20 years. I have represented clients in hundreds appeals and postconviction proceedings, and I have had success in the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and district and county courts throughout the state of Colorado.

I graduated in law with honors from University College London, which is ranked as one of the top universities internationally. I then obtained a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the College of Law in London.

I am admitted to practice law in New York and Colorado. I am also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and I am a member of the Tenth Circuit Criminal Justice Act Panel.

I was a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and I am currently the chair of the CCDB's Amicus Subcommittee.  I have organized many continuing legal education programs for appellate and postconviction attorneys and I regularly present at seminars and workshops on such subjects as appellate practice, postconviction proceedings, appellate brief writing, and electronic appellate briefs and records.

I have been given an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating (5.0 out of 5.0) in criminal law, appellate practice, and general practice by Martindale-Hubbell® and an Avvo Rating of 10.0 out of 10.0. I am also a recipient of the 2010 Gideon Award and I was selected for inclusion in Colorado Super Lawyers® 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, and the Rising Stars section of Colorado Super Lawyers® 2010 and 2011 under the practice area of appellate law.

Best Appellate Attorney in Denver
Antony is one of the few attorneys I would trust under all circumstances. He is diligent, knowledgeable, intelligent, and honest. He keeps clients apprised of any/all changes; he returns calls; he goes over issues and reviews options. There are few attorneys who possess these virtues. He is also well respected and well liked by his piers. He is a credit to his profession.

An Honest and compassionate Lawyer!
Antony is a fine attorney. He kept me informed during my appeals case, responded quickly to my inquiries regarding the case and went above and beyond to assit me during a very scary time in my life. He was considerate of my financial situation, informed me in advance of estimated time needed for preparation of court documents and other fees and stayed within my initial estimate for the case. He called me after hours when required and was professional and attentive. His expertise in the field of Appeals law amazed me. my case originated in a small court, and Antony spent time to research the procedures of the court to provide me with excellent service, even though his experience is primarily in larger courts handling bigger cases. Antony is responsible for preserving my state and constitutional rights and he is a champion for real justice in today's American Judical system . I would recommend him to anyone facing the results of an unfair trial.

Noble indeed
Mr. Noble represented me in a complex post conviction case that took us to the Colorado Supreme Court. The case was rife with nuance and precedence. His effort and diligence are only superseded by his professionalism and empathy. In fewer words, an excellent attorney.

Excellent Appeals Attorney
I contacted Antony Noble of the Noble Law Firm immediately after losing my case. Antony was very helpful, knowledgeable, forthright, and understanding of my situation. He quickly informed me of several ramifications of my conviction that my previous lawyer failed to mention. Thank goodness for this advice! I followed it and it made a huge difference at the sentencing. And this was even before I hired his firm for my appeal! I then hired the Noble Law Firm for my appeal. Antony always responded to my calls and emails. The Noble Law Firm is the one bright spot throughout this whole legal nightmare. I really appreciated how Antony presented a realistic picture of my chances of winning. I can wholeheartedly recommend Antony and the Noble Law Firm.

Truthfully, he is the best at what he does.
My family and I contacted Antony in the spring of 2013. My case has been something not one attorney considered taking. Not only because of the complexity but because of the time bar. When i first met Antony we discussed the odds of winning, at best they were 0. I am writing this review not only having won the case but with a sentence of 30 days unsupervised probation when it could have been decades.I was 19 years old when I was originally sentenced in 2004. It has been almost 10 years since and not one attorney would take my case, we must have spoken to a dozen of the best attorneys. What Antony did for my family and I words cannot explain, he is not a criminal attorney, what he did was fix what my criminal attorney did in 2004. God bless this man and his family, from the bottom of my heart thank you Antony

Simply the best.
Mr. Noble was not only very knowledgeable and professional since the first time I contacted him, but very compassionate and honest. Mr. Noble successfully defended my son on an appeal that no other lawyer dared to take due to the time bar past for almost 10 years and the difficulties of the case. He never gave us false expectations or lied to us, he simply said he would give it his best and hope for good results. Mr. Noble fought as a champion, he defended my son with all his guts and applied all his vast experience on this case, he keep us constantly informed of the progress – good or bad – and demonstrated compassion and emotional involvement with the whole family. My son was facing deportation at any minute because of his previous charges, and Mr. Noble was able to reopen the case and finally had the previous convictions removed and new ones (that have a good chance to be won in the Immigration court) were established. I have no words to express my gratitude and admiration for Mr. Noble. Before engaging with a different appeals lawyer, set up an appointment with Mr. Noble, don't waste your time and funds with other lawyers. I recommend him with all my heart and I only hope others can find the same satisfaction that we all found with Mr. Noble’s representation in my son’s case. Rest assured, you will not regret it.

A true Noble Man
How do you give a compliment to a man who rates outstanding on every level of performance that can be measured. When Noble agreed to take the case to defend my husband who was facing life, it was a challege he fought with every ounce of being. He is passionate about what he believes in "the Law!" He maintained a professional relationship at all times. He was always accessable and willing to discuss the progress of the case. Through his gifts and talents my husband can now look forward to a life outside of the bars that kept him hopeless!
