I have been representing clients on appeal for over 25 years. I have represented clients in hundreds of appeals and postconviction proceedings, and I have had success in the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and district and county courts throughout the state of Colorado.
I graduated in law with honors from University College London, which is ranked as one of the top universities internationally. I then obtained a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the College of Law in London.
I am admitted to practice law in New York and Colorado. I am also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and I am a member of the Tenth Circuit Criminal Justice Act Panel.
I was a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and I am currently the chair of the CCDB's Amicus Subcommittee. I have organized many continuing legal education programs for appellate and postconviction attorneys and I regularly present at seminars and workshops on such subjects as appellate practice, postconviction proceedings, appellate brief writing, and electronic appellate briefs and records.
I have been given an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating (5.0 out of 5.0) in criminal law, appellate practice, and general practice by Martindale-Hubbell® and an Avvo Rating of 10.0 out of 10.0. I am also a recipient of the 2010 Gideon Award and I was selected for inclusion in Colorado Super Lawyers® 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and the Rising Stars section of Colorado Super Lawyers® 2010 and 2011 under the practice area of appellate law.

Mr. Noble represented me in a complex post conviction case that took us to the Colorado Supreme Court. The case was rife with nuance and precedence. His effort and diligence are only superseded by his professionalism and empathy. In fewer words, an excellent attorney.

With so many years of experience, he can see through the noise of a case and spot exactly what legal arguments will give his client the best chances of challenging his or her conviction. He will give his clients honest and truthful advice, based on his extensive experience doing appeals and postconviction work. Plus, he is accessible to his clients, and keeps them updated every step of the way. He has an uncanny memory for even the smallest details of a client's case. "Mr. Noble is constantly known and respected by all attorneys, prosecutors, an judges in the Denver metro area for his keen criminal defense and appellate skills. He is constantly receiving awards for his work."

"Antony Noble is a true leader within the criminal defense bar for his vast knowledge and application of criminal appellate law. He is quite masterful at analyzing and dissecting complicated appellate issues and he always makes the time to collaborate with his peers on the best way to present appellate arguments before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. Our legal community is well off counting Antony as one of its own. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have been involved in criminal law and law enforcement for over 30 years. No matter how good your trial attorney may have been, when things go against you in court, Antony is the appellate attorney you should call first. Most of us in the criminal defense community have him on speed dial. He's that good!"
"Anthony Noble is highly regarded as one of the top criminal appellate attorneys in the State of Colorado. He is meticulous and knows criminal and constitutional law inside and out. I have gone out of my way to attend legal seminars that Anthony instructed. In addition, we recently worked on a case where Anthony was able to get a client's guilty plea withdrawn based on an oversight by his court appointed attorney. The dedication he has toward his clients is why he recently won the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar's Gideon Award, its highest honor. I am thrilled to endorse Anthony Noble as a criminal appellate attorney. Jay Tiftickjian"
"Antony Noble is a great postconviction and appellate attorney. He is compassionate to the troubles of clients, as well as passionate about protecting the rights of the people. Antony has terrific understanding of the appellate process. He is a source of knowledge regarding appellate and postconviction matters, as he retains a working understanding of applicable rules, statutes, and precedents. He is also diligent with his time, and highly efficient. Most importantly, he has a track record of obtaining positive results for his clients. I recommend calling Mr. Noble, if anyone is looking for a consultation regarding postconviction or appellate matters."
