Ben is hands down the best attorney that I have ever encountered. Not only did he get the outcome on my boyfriend's case that we were praying for, he was there to answer our questions and guide us every step of the way. My case just ended. After a long year with this dui/hit & run mistake its finally over!!! Benjamin Hartford is definetly the guy to call when you feel like your life is about to crumble. He took charge of my situation and I literally just had to show up to the court dates. At the end of my case I wa...s off with minor charges considering i had about 6+ seriose offences. I contacted Mr. Hartford because I had won on a case involving a TRO that was placed on me for no reason. The plaintiff was upset due to HOA and plaintiff made up stories. Anyhow the case was dismissed. Since the dismissal the same crazy lady is harassing my family, etc as she drives by in hopes ...of angering me and she has jumped out of car and told me she is going to place another TRO on me and she will win. I called Ben (found Ben after the first case was dismissed) and he took the time to listen and asked me to call him back when I am served again and he discussed with me what options I would have the second time. I believe Ben is very good and he listens and he cares.
