Excellent Attorney and Person
Mr. Solomon is an excellent attorney who I had the pleasure of getting to meet and work with due to some rather unfortunate circumstances. Mr. Solomon was kind to me, understanding, and displayed an incredible amount of empathy towards myself and my situation. As a fellow veteran, Mr. Solomon was also able to sympathize with me and some of the things that I was going through. Had I not met Mr. Solomon, I'm afraid I would have just become another statistic however, his personal coaching through my situation and continued positive attitude towards getting a fair resolution to my issue was of great assistance to me in a time of need. Exceptional Attorney
Mark was extremely responsive to all of my questions, concerns and hardships regarding my case. This nightmare of a case "almost" ended my career as a CDL driver, but miraculously Mark was able to save my driver's license from being suspended and revoked by DMV and I was also able to avoid any fines. I hired mark on a case that was BS... And Mr.Soloman took care of me very well.. handled paperwork on time and was very attentive in every meeting we had. We prepared for trial and he fought for a dismissal and achieved it.. Honestly I wanted to see the man at work in trial but we never got to that point but overall he was prepared and I had no problems.. thanks again mark and I hope I never call you again but if I need a lawyer I wouldn't think twice..

Choose Mark, he is the best lawyer I've ever had
Mark, is a one of a kind attorney who truly has his clients best interests at heart. I had a crazy case where I could have gone to jail for zoning infractions. I was facing 3 zoning violations with each count being $2500 or 1 year in jail for a total of $7500 and 3 years. He got all but one charge dropped, and the last violation had it's fee reduced to the min... $200. Furthermore he initially charged me $1500 for the case (every other attorney quoted me the same), but after he knew what would happened... told me that he wanted to cut my bill in half, pay off the $200 fee on my behalf and refund me the rest of the money. He could have kept it, but he didn't. I've never met such an attorney which leaves me to believe Mark is the gold standard for what all other defense attorneys should strive for.

The Best Attorney
This was the first time I had been in trouble with the law and Mark took the time to explain everything to me. He was very patient, kind, and thorough. He never gave me false hope or unrealistic expectations, but rather, he spoke to me in truths and outlined everything I could expect to happen. He always returned my calls promptly and he spoke to me with general concern and cared for me and the outcome of my case. Planning for legal defense.
Mark provided me with reassurance in his explanation of the legal system as it pertained to my case. He takes the time to not only explain, but also to explore the options that you may have. I would recommedn him highly for DUI/DWI, crimainal and domestic violence representation. Not only does he do an excellant job, he cares and makes agreat effort to explain the judiical and legal systmes that are realted to your case. He even showed up after I had only coouled with him and found out that I may not have needed to hire him just to see if things were going well for me while I was finding out that my case was to be cancelled due to the charges being dropped. I cannot recommend Mark Solomon enough.
Mark Solomon represented me in an undeserved DV case. He was successful in getting it dismissed in less than five minutes. I still cannot believe it. He also demonstrated sincere empathy, patience and kindness. I cannot recommend him enough.

I cannot recommend Mark Solomon enough.
I had an underserved DV case and a Hearing for going unsupervised. I am disabled and need to schedule first of two spinal surgeries. Owner of treatment place retaliated when I remarked on what a profitable business this was and I had contributed enough. Most especially when she and probation lady knew I had done nothing. Mark spared me the trauma of entering the court room until they were ready. He talked to the DA for five minutes, came out and told me he got it dismissed and I only had to enter to make it official. I still can't believe it. Mark was efficient, thorough and very kind. I cannot recommend Mark Solomon enough. Connie

Mark was probably the only good decision I made going through everything with what I did. He was very knowledge and had me well prepared during the entire time. He has wonderful way of explaining all your options. He is also very honest and gives the best advice. He was able to get a lot of the things dropped. Domestic Violence Case
I debated whether or not too specify what my case was about, however after some thought I feel it is important for people to understand the laws in CO. Most people will only see this after being charged, but for those of you who haven't been I recommend reading up on the law. I have never been into any trouble before so I had many sleepless nights worrying about the unknown. Mark was very understanding of my anxiety and was very patient with me. He said to me in one of our meetings "this isn't your whole life, this is just a thing that happened it's not who you are one day this will be behind you" I'm sure he said it better than that but I wasn't always able to concentrate. He was very knowledgeable about my case, and good and going through one point at a time. My case was eventually dismissed which I know would have never happened without Mark. If you have a DV case get a lawyer, it will be on your record for the rest of your life. It's not worth the risk not to.

Excellent legal services provided
Mr. Solomon did an excellent job in handling an unfortunate situation in my life. Over the span of 3-4 months Mr. Solomon took care of all aspects of my case at a fair price and was in constant contact with me making sure I was both updated on the situation and that any concerns were alleviated. After my sentencing concluded with the minimum charges possible (an overall success), I was under probation and facing conditions from a private probation company that I did not feel were fair or court ordered. Mr. Solomon returned to my defense after the initial case had concluded, writing a motion to dismiss these conditions and representing me in front of the judge again in a one time free of charge appearance The judge agreed with us in this instance and due to the help provided by Mr. Solomon these unjust conditions were considered unlawful. I highly recommend Mark Solomon to anyone needing legal representation in his field of expertise in Colorado.

For anyone looking for an attorney who combines knowledge and professionalism with a great deal of compassion, Mark Solomon is that attorney. He helped me get a substantial reduction for a serious traffic violation, keeping me informed of all my choices every step of the way, and advising me which option would be most beneficial.
