I have been practicing law for over seventeen years and spent the majority of my time as a Deputy District Attorney for Adams County. I was part the the Vehicular Homicide Team and was responsible for both training and policy decisions pertaining to investigation of DUI/DWAI, vehicular assault, and vehicular homicide. This position gave me specialized knowledge on how the investigative and legal process works. My knowledge and experience having tried 100 jury trials equates to a solid and knowledgable advocate for you. I pride myself on thoroughly investigating and working a case for my clients, they deserve my best effort. I'm never satisfied until I have investigated and explored every aspect of your case. I value my clients and I spend the necessary time to listen to them and educate them about the legal process. possible DUI
Mr. Hartford clearly explained my options after I explained the situation and provided good advice. After our discussion and his suggestions, I decided that at the moment I did not need an attorney, however if the situation changed, I would certainly hire him.
