April Letitia Jones

I was facing an illegal eviction, I thank God for April, because of her knowledge, and compassion and her thorough review of my situation, she uncovered, the illegal and unfair acts of my Landlord who had promised to damage my good name and my good credit. From my first meeting with her I felt a sens...e of relief, like there was at last someone on my side who was fully capable of fighting for me. I appreciate the knowledge that she passed along to me, it is going to very useful going forward. All tenants need an advocate like April.

I was fighting to get my ex property management company to return our deposit and provide a move out statement. I was getting nowhere by myself 80 days after the lease was over. After a call with April (where i was admittedly a bit panicked) she calmed me down and gave me clear instructions on how to... go about bringing the case to small claims court. I followed her suggestions (that she gave me for free), and am happy to report that once i sent out a demand letter the property management company finally decided to cooperate and sort out the mess. I now have the check i was entitled to in my hand, and its all thanks to her. Thank you for being a beacon of understanding and patience in the fight for tenants rights! -Patrick

I have been tackling a multitude of problems from my landlord; from repair work not being done to outright bullying tactics from my landlord. I contacted several services to assist me with handling this dilemma but all said the same thing "This is a landlord state and I have to just deal with it or f...ind another place to live." When I was at my complete end I found Mrs. Jones and her legal practice. Mrs. Jones addressed my concerns/issues and executed promptly with a conclusion/resolution to my problem. Mrs. Jones brought a rainbow to situation that was blossoming in gloom. I only wished that I have met her and utilized her services earlier on. But goodness and greatness come to those with patience.
