Initially, I spoke with a representative named Floyd, who provided me with the contact information for another attorney and requested that I report back on my experience with the referral. Before I had the chance to follow up, Floyd contacted me again, expressing his concern and care for my situation.... However, I am somewhat perplexed as to why I was referred to another attorney without having had direct communication with Atty Jones. I conveyed the instructions given by the referring attorney and was advised to call Floyd back the following week. When I did, Floyd answered the office line but seemed to have forgotten our previous conversation. While I attempted to clarify the situation, Floyd seemed remember and became emotional aa he expressed concerns about how the referal could reflect your office. He mentioned feeling "triggered" and indicated that he needed time to regroup for his own well-being. Unfortunately, I have still not received the assistance I initially sought from Atty Jones, which was my purpose in calling your office. I was not please that the phone number given on the website was only a referring atty line.

Countless thousands spent on 2 failed mediations. My 1st lawyer here even got himself fired somehow. They gave my case to a lawyer they knew they were about to fire. That's it. Just legal crooks. Why pay these people countless thousands to write the same facts on the same paper that they never even... filed with the court.

I accepted the free consultation regarding my landlord situation. However, April would not give me perspective on my case. Instead she said to call community mediation or file in small claims court. I already knew about those options. Thus, I don't understand the purpose of a free consultation with a...n attorney unless it is just a marketing gimmick to get clients. I also found her abrupt and she demonstrated no knowledge or expertise. So, no, I wouldn't want to hire her. Note: a friend had previously pointed me to HB19-1170. I'm surprised that April couldn't have thought to bring that up for me to review. I'm sorry I waited for her call which made current matters worse due to delays.

I just wanted to find out whether or not I had a case. All they wanted to do was set up an appointment for $80.00. They were just sale people and ONLY setting up appointments for $80. Everytime I tried asking a question, the answer was, "For only $80.00....." that was repeated to me numerous tim...es until I ended up hanging up on him.
