Attorney that is knowledgeable & cares about you as person

This firm has listened and shown compassion with my situation with being a tenant in Colorado, understanding how difficult & scary it can be. They have always called me back, providing reassurance that everything is gonna be alright, I wasn't going to have to go through this alone providing me inf...ormation & if I don't understand take time to explain. Giving me resources for me & kids needs during this difficult time in life. They call to follow up to see how I am doing, I know that this firm truly does care about tenants and communities just by how honest and caring my experience has been.

Informative

I received great information over the phone for a matter that does not need a lawyer but he talked me through how I can go about things for my rental issues with my apartment. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Excellent Advice

I called because we were receiving threatening notices because of "noise complaints". We have a toddler and a baby and I felt that we were being discriminated against for it. I called Colorado Affordable Legal Services and they advised me how to proceed free of charge and told me to contact them ASAP... if I received an eviction notice.
