Eric is my go to attorney for real estate and landlord/tenant problems. He is thorough, knowledgeable, considerate, honest, prompt, and his pricing is fair. His outcome on two separate issues were spot on! I strongly recommend his services.
"I worked with Eric as co-counsel in litigation on a matter which arose when our client didn't get paid after assisting in a real estate transaction. Eric is smart, prepared, and a great litigator. I would highly recommend him!"
