Excellent attorney! Highly recommend

April is an expert in landlord-tenant law. She took the time to explain to me the details, and she presented realistic options for my situation. She is extremely knowledgeable of tenant/landlord law and recommends the best way to possibly win a case. Unfortunately, under CO state laws, I wouldn't ...have won my case. She was honest and explained to me what was in my best interest.

Wonderful

Ms. Jones was such a pleasure to work with! She helped me with getting all my docs filled out all I had to do was sign and file them and that took so much stress off me! I’m so glad I made the call and was called back so prompt being that we had only one day to make all this happen! Thank you all so ...much for helping me feel confident at attacking this wrongful eviction!

So helpful!

I was looking for some legal advice after an old radiator pipe in my apartment burst, flooding my apartment. It’s hard to find someone who represents tenants, and who doesn’t charge a huge amount to just ask a few questions. But the gentleman who took my call yesterday was so helpful and nice. He gav...e me great advice. These folks really seem to want to help people. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
