Worst experience possible

Countless thousands spent on 2 failed mediations. My 1st lawyer here even got himself fired somehow. They gave my case to a lawyer they knew they were about to fire. That's it. Just legal crooks. Why pay these people countless thousands to write the same facts on the same paper that they never even... filed with the court.

Good legal advice

I was very overwhelmed with my situation. I paid a reasonable amount of money to get legal advice that could help my situation. The advice was helpful as such as gathering and connecting the paperwork so there was no gaps with information to be given to better the odds in the case. What I was uns...ure of was the mediation part, which I settled but unsure if that was the right move to take. I will say there was a bunch of info to go over in a limited amount of time. So I would suggest if you use this service to be prepared to take everything said as notes. And have as much proof towards your case as you can on hand.

Such a great service for tenants who are facing bully landlords who lie.

I was not sure at first if I could afford $100 but found out that was an investment that saved me over a possible $1600 loss of money. The advice and preparation I came to court help me convince the mediator alone that my case was true and right.
