a waste of my precious time

I accepted the free consultation regarding my landlord situation. However, April would not give me perspective on my case. Instead she said to call community mediation or file in small claims court. I already knew about those options. Thus, I don't understand the purpose of a free consultation with a...n attorney unless it is just a marketing gimmick to get clients. I also found her abrupt and she demonstrated no knowledge or expertise. So, no, I wouldn't want to hire her. Note: a friend had previously pointed me to HB19-1170. I'm surprised that April couldn't have thought to bring that up for me to review. I'm sorry I waited for her call which made current matters worse due to delays.

Tenant rights

They sent me in the perfect direction to begin a case. Terrible landlords make life stressful but this firm certainly eased the pain.

Tenant issue resolved

My original request was denied but Attorney April reviewed my paperwork and gave me excellent advice and direction which resulted in a rent credit. I would recommend this Attorney for all your Tenant issues.
