They are extremely knowledgeable and were very patient in breaking down every question I had regarding my tenant/landlord dispute. I was in a bit of a time bind as my landlord wanted me out in three days, but the office saw me immediately the day I called and gave me some great resources and reassura...nce. They are incredibly kind and definitely a defender of the people!! They even called to follow up today and see if everything was okay with my living situation once I got home. I was a victim of identity theft. Someone had rented an apartment in my name, got evicted, and a judgment was set on my record. my rental history was ruined and since this had taken place 6 years ago seemed no one thought it was worth there trouble the credit agency was stone walling us and the apart...ments this had taken place at would no longer return our calls for the file they had made of the imposter so i could prove it wasn't me. I felt there was nothing i could do. i called APRIL L. JONES explained my situation and told me they would call back. i figured that would be the end of it like everyone els i called, but to my surprise within a few hours April L. Jones called me back and they had gone down to the court house and pulled the file by hand because it was no longer in electronic filing,and then sent me a copy of that judgment. they found that it was without merit, and they would also send me a letter explaining this to the credit agency telling them to remove it . we were having to move within that month and everyone I called said it would take months to help me, April L. Jones did it by the end of day. April L Jones really prevented my family from being without a home. My Family Thanks You
