Hi, I'm Dianne. I am a mediator and collaborative law facilitator. Let me assist you with your alternative dispute resolution needs.
Mediation, Collaborative Law, Peacemaking, Arbitration, Neutral Assessment/Evaluation, Negotiation, and Conciliation are all alternatives to litigation (alternative dispute resolution).
Alternative Dispute Resolution provides you with the opportunity to develop, propose, and negotiate agreements and solutions to your own conflicts with the help of a neutral facilitator (helper/peacemaker/mediator, etc.) who does not take sides but helps all sides to better understand each other's goals, concerns, and needs.
Sometimes, mediation or other alternative dispute resolution can work to resolve all disagreements and conflicts, sometimes it only works for parts, And when it doesn't result in any resolution at all, you leave knowing you tried, and you still have the opportunity to present your case to a court.
My goal is to help people by providing compassionate facilitation to the dispute resolution process.
I am a mediator located in Westminster with extensive experience facilitating resolutions to family, community, and civil disputes. Whether you are in Arvada, Thornton, Durango, or Yuma, I provide mediation services remotely via Zoom or Webex and can help you to resolve conflicts.
I practiced law for over 20 years, served as a municipal court judge, and obtained my mediation certification from the premiere 40 Hour Mediation Training by Mares-Dixon & Associates. I received my Collaborative Law training from Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals. I was trained and certified as a Restorative Justice Facilitator through The Conflict Center and am now serving the Restorative Denver Program.
