Reaching out to talk to a family law attorney is not easy, but the conversation with Angela was extremely helpful, informative and personable. She answered all of my questions completely and made me feel comfortable. If I will need an attorney to move forward on anything, I trust that she is the right one for the case.

Angela Brown is a very prompt, nice, thorough, and effective attorney in giving me my divorce consultation. She laid out all of my options and did so with in a timely and effective manner. She is very personable and down-to-earth, unlike some attorneys who want to lay out ways to use your retainer and trap you in a payment plan and/or prolonged and unnecessary court dates, and/or whatever is most beneficial to them she on the other hand gives you options in a down-to-earth way on how to solve your problem quickly, and how she can best serve you. Ms. Brown was an excellent attorney for children's custody case. She was very prompt and extremely professional. I actually pretty much received everything I wanted. Getting a hold of her was never a problem. I would highly recommend Ms. Brown to anyone who is looking for a family attorney.

Angela helped me be a better dad and get custody of my child. I can’t think of a better person to help a parent through a difficult time. She and her team use an online portal that kept me up to date on my case and never left me waiting more than a day if I had any questions. I usually struggle with writing reviews. But in this instance it is a no brainer. Hire her. She will fight for you and you kid. She was able to help me escape an abusive husband and rebuild my life. Starting over is tough and Ms. Brown won’t paint a false picture but she will lead the way through the trying times. She helped me stand up to my husband and get what I deserved in our negotiation. We didn’t even have to go to court. Great experience!

I've looked at the other reviews on this site and I am just surprised. I found Angela and her staff to be extremely warm and helpful. She regularly informed me of the status of my case and helped me avoid quite few bad situations. She helped me remember to prioritize my child in all of my divorce crazy. My case was quite complex because of my child's special needs but Angela was sure to be quite prepared at every turn. She helped me keep my stupid husband at arm's length and insured I had the money I needed to support my children

I hired Ms. Brown to be my representative in a child support case. She treated me like a person and not like just another case involving a child with special needs. She was well prepared and handled the case in a very professional manner. She took the time to answer any questions and made sure I understood how she would be handling the case.

I found Angela online, and she delivered everything she promised she could. My divorce was quick, professional, and the cost was as quoted our first conversation. I have recommended Angela, and I know that the job she did for my friend was equally as wonderful! She is a true professional and now, she is a friend!

Angela Faye was retained by me in Aug of last year, 2011, at a substancially lower cost than my then current Attorney wanted from me to pay to CONTINUE my case. She was very straight forward about our working relationship and made it very clear as to what information she wanted from me and what we needed to work on to move through the discovery stage. She was gracious and kind and allowed me to work off a payment plan for her expenses. She came with me to my Mediation and helped me make good decisions for me to reach my goals. I wouldn't have suceeded if I didn't have her by my side.

In reading the reviews I realized that only if your a mother she has done great work. But for father's you have to fight your defending team ! Financially helping my grandson to get his visitations I paid about 6k . Only to get bounced around from one attorney to a total of 3 attorneys. And at my cost I had to repay each one to review the ,case,resend all my supporting documents,and a so called strategy each time. They require a credit card on file so they can help themselves to $1500. Each month.. They can't give you a time on when will it be done then in the process attorneys quit or for some reason they switch you attorneys . And the billing supervisor Susan will call you if your card doesn't have the $1500. To taunt you with we will put your case on hold or we can drop you! We haven't seen the boys since 2020 all we want is for the father to get his visitations that is court ordered! Simple ! Ha ! Oh but each attorney with encouraging words said they wanted to help us ! Help us in what ? No documents were ever submitted We hired them yes them becausewe had a team of about 6 people . And that invoice of "case review" was being done twice a week by each one of them. I have many issues with this firm . So if your father GO to another firm !!

I hired Angela Brown's law firm back in March, 2013 and terminated our contract in August, 2014. Initially, Angela spent an ample amount of time with me, and at times stayed late past business hours to discuss my case and assisted me with acquiring my son's prescription medication due to an error on my son's mothers part and while I resided in CA at the time. Unfortunately as time went on, contact with her became less and less and my case seemed to be less and less important to her. I am the first person to appreciate what a busy schedule is like but eventually my concerns about my representation were greater than the quality of my evidence. The two most concerning issues were that it took three weeks to send me a description of a letter she received regarding an important matter of my son’s case. Lastly, and this was after I terminated our contract, it took her two months to draft an order after a temporary hearing back in September 18th, 2013. As of September 18th, 2014, (yes, a year later) the order was still not signed by my son's amicus attorney or my son's mother. Both Angela and Michael Whalen seem to be intelligent people whom are sharp minded and highly skilled. My personal opinion is they have too many clients to provide cases like mine with the quality representation it required. When I initiated the termination of my contacted with Angela, I greatly appreciated her recognizing my concerns and she offering a possible resolution. The cost of the solution would have been a great stretch but by that time I simply lost trust in her firm. There are other attorneys I suggest on the website (Ilana Tanner and Channing Neary). If you found my review helpful, I suggest speaking with them along with anyone else on your list. I had been trying to get divorced for the past 4 years, but since my ex was ‘absent’ in the state of Texas, I had to go through a lot of extra steps to try and finalize everything. I hired Ms. Brown and she started off doing an ok job. Long story, short, she never kept me in the loop with anything and I showed up for court and Ms. Brown DID NOT! She forgot to mention to me that she had ‘found’ my ex-husband and was working on trying to get him to the courts. She was awful!!! I then fired Ms. Brown & hired a new lawyer!
