I hired Laurie to provide legal advice to the business aspects of my law practice. Her process to work through the issues was very thorough and her advice was extremely helpful. I appreciated that she charged a flat fee, which I felt was quite reasonable. I will use her services again and highly recommend her.

Great Legal Mind

Laurie has done a great job fixing my mistakes from when I "played" lawyer, and she has help protect our small company with some great legal work. She also has the patience to take us through the legal complications so we have a stronger understanding.

Epitome of Legal Professionalism
