Biography
I fight for people seriously injured in accidents involving cars, trucks, buses and motorcycles, as well as from other personal injury and slip/trip and fall matters, because insurance companies don’t protect you. While I am proud of having recently been named to the Nation’s Top 1% of Attorneys by the Natl. Assoc. Of Distinguished Counsel, as well as being honored by The National Trial Lawyers as one of Pennsylvania’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and being named both a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and one of New Jersey’s Top Legal Minds, it is the ability to help people who are not in a position to truly help themselves that is the greatest reward. As my wife suffered spinal cord injuries and was rendered totally disabled by a car accident, I fully appreciate what it means to be seriously injured by someone else's carelessness. Additionally, I overcame injuries and went through the litigation process myself due to an accident when I was in college. These life experiences allow me to understand the impact that injuries have on one's everyday life, the ability to work and how much can be lost. It is for all these reasons that I will continue to strive to protect the rights of injured victims and consumers.
