I defend people accused of domestic assault in Austin, Texas. My clients are the type of people who plan for their futures and generally make good choices in life. Being accused of a crime is one of the most stressful situations that many of my clients have ever faced. My clients also understand that a conviction on their criminal records will do permanent damage to their reputations and their careers.

Kiele Pace and her legal team at her firm are very thorough and knowledgeable in their defense and managed to get both of my domestic violence cases dismissed with out me making any type of plea. They went above and beyond to dismiss my cases, and are willing to take on stubborn prosecutors who don't like to lose.

Wish she lived closer

Consulted with the attorney, who went out of her way to help me. She explained where I was in the criminal process, what was likely to happen and the best steps I could take. Unfortunately, she didn't live in my district so I couldn't hire her, but that didn't stop her from researching and providing advice on a myriad of concerns I had. If she worked that hard on someone who couldn't hire her, just think what a tremendous resource she would be to her clients! This is the type of lawyer people pray they retain when one is needed!

Top tier Law Firm

Kiele and her team really went to bat for me. From start to finish, they were confident, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time explaining things so that I knew what to expect and understood all of the possibilities. When I hired Kiele, she was a solo attorney, but she built a team and a great system while she was representing me and always put the right people in place to handle each stage of my case. My trial team was Linda and Jackie. Both of them are phenomenal lawyers and they did a damn good job. I am an African American man and was falsely accused by a white woman in Lakeway, but they were still able to get it all thrown out. I can’t even explain how phenomenal that is and what a positive impact it made on my life. Pace Law Firm was the best choice for my case!

The moment I needed to contact someone, I called 3 places around 2am. Kiele and her assistant picked while they were out of town and offered to fly in the next day to handle my case. I decided that they were going to be the best fit because of their response time and willingness to assist. We have reviewed my initial case and supported argument and they decided to take on the challenge. We have back and forth communication via phone, email, text messaging through their companies communication service. They have helped every step of the way. I didn’t even step foot inside a court room and at the end of the day through process and defending my case, the Pace team was able to find reasons to support a dismissal. I am very happy with their over all process and fees. Upfront communication on cost and even had a payment plan. I highly recommend Kiele and the Pace Firm team without a doubt. Excellent lawyer! Her services are top notch and she will leave no stones unturned until she gets you the desired results.

In 2012 I was accused of assault family violence and interference of 911 call by my ex-wife, which was a lie on all angles. Kiele took up my case in 2016 after having previously having a public defender who almost messed the whole thing for me.She is the only person who even bothered calling me back and we had an in-depth discussion about the case. She has been following up the case for me in an expeditious manner. Her knowledge of the criminal justice system in the Travis County is top notch. Her costs are very reasonable considering she is the very best in Travis County when it comes to lawyers specializing in domestic violence issues. And because of her great work, my case is getting dismissed as i write this. Her feedback has been valuable in terms of what the possible outcomes of the case could be, and advise on what to do in each scenario. Professional, Effective and Highly Recommended!

Kiele and her team were there for me every step of the way after I was falsely accused of domestic violence towards a child and other domestic related charges.
