Mr. Steinberg is the co-founder and partner of The Fighting For People Injury Law Group of PollackSteinberg, LLP. For 23-plus years, Mr. Steinberg has fought for the rights of individuals injured as a result of the negligence of individuals and property owners. His experience as a trial lawyer allows him to effectively represent his clients, while actively managing the firm’s cases.
He supervises the firm’s legal staff to ensure they not only meet the needs of their clients, but also maintain the high-quality legal representation their clients expect and deserve. He is directly responsible for handling all of the firm’s pre-trial case work, and he is actively involved in the litigation process, which includes conducting depositions, navigating complicated discovery and
legal issues, as well as arbitrating and mediating cases. He is solely responsible for litigating and trying all of the firm's Workers' Compensation cases where he only fights for the rights of injured workers throughout PA and NJ. At an early part of his career, Mr. Steinberg seriously injured his back and knees as a result of a severe automobile collision. The challenging experience of dealing with the insurance company, while focusing on his rehabilitation, work, young children, and family, provided him with a unique opportunity to fully appreciate what his clients go through every day when they are injured by the fault of someone else. This experience, coupled
with Mr. Steinberg’s aggressive and professional approach, has earned him the respect of his colleagues in the industry and enables him to obtain the compensation his clients need and deserve.
