My employment-based application for Adjustment of Status (AOS) was highly complex, spanning an entire decade of employment history and involving five different corporations and six different engineering positions. When I lost my job only a few months before becoming eligible for AOS, two other immigration attorneys told me that I had very little chance of successfully applying for Permanent Residency and that I should exit the U.S. right away. Mr. Shabani on the other hand, after thoroughly examining applicable case law, advised me otherwise. Mr. Shabani handled my case himself (I never had to deal with a rookie paralegal...), examined and discussed all legal options and kept me informed at each step of the process. Nine months later, a USCIS Permanent Resident "Welcome Letter" was in my mailbox!!!

I have an a very delicate case, order of deportation, and when I thoug I was gojng to leave the country,my Lawyer Mr.Shabani, did an Exelent Job when very and when I said very professional way he ask for an Appel to the court to reopen my case, and He got it!!! They accept the Appel and my case is open again.
He informed me as soon as he received the notice.
I have a lawyer before whom pretty much just took my money for years, giving me a false information, and instead of do something on my favor,I end end having a order of deportation.
That's whdn I came to Mr.Shabani, who's very patience with me,he explain very clear what is good it wasn't for my case.
He's the type of layer that's going to try the best for you case.
Again in my very ,very difficult case,he's working no with A option, but with B,C and D.
He's taking all the information that he can use, to HELP me.
I'm very happy with the service he's providing.
And I highly recommend his services.
He's respectful,friendly and serious.
He gave me Hope again!!
I wish I heard about him, before then the lawyer whom took my money and did nothing but that.
