I never expected to get instant relief upon speaking to Susan for the first time. She is very friendly and seems to really know her stuff. She listened closely and seemed to fully understand my need. We visited Susan for our “free” consultation visit and initially placed a $2,000 down payment. Later on the same day, we realized that we can’t wait 6-8 months until our case is discharged so I asked her for my money back. She only gave me half of it but refused to give me the rest. Her email said “i...t will take 90 days to close your case then we will send you a refund”....What case?? She never represented us. We never gave her our paperwork after the first visit. She had the NERVE to accuse me of not telling them we were deaf. I called them several times before the first visit using Sorensen VP Relay. That is a big “WE ARE DEAF” flag. She said that she has to charge me for the FREE consultation visit even though it is advertised on her website that it is FREE. During our visit, she answered a lot of phone calls, emails, let people walk in during our visit, etc...so it’s not like she gave us her undivided attention. So what excuse does she have to keep my remaining $1,000? NOTHING.
