Nothing but professional
He was clear and concise in hearing my case, he did not pressure me to make any decisions and laid out my case for me so I felt like I had all the power. I enjoy working with attorneys that treat me like a human instead of a quick paycheck. Frank did that well.

I had to terminate him
Frank Lyon failed to communicate with me and placed his own interest above the client. He was working toward fast settlement against the client interest. I had to terminate him when i found him telling me conflicting versions of events.
