They explained things very well, They created an email account just to accept all my files, they gave me reminders of projects I was to complete and updated me of their progress. IT'S FUNNY WHEN I WENT ON TO ONE OF SUSANS REVIEW SITES, SOMETHING POPPED UP THAT GAVE A LETTER FROM ANOTHER LAWYER STATING THAT BASICLY SAID IF YOU GIVE A BAD REVIEW THAT YOU COULD BE SUED. AS LONG AS I'M TELLING THE TRUTH I STILL HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEACH. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT IF SHE TREATED PEOPLE WI...TH A LITTLE MORE KINDNESS, JUST A LITTLESHE WOULD NOT HAVE TO USE SCARE TACTICS AND TRY TO STOP UNFAVORABLE POST'S. WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXPRESS OUR EXPERIENCE AS LONG AS WE ARE TELLING THE TRUTH. I'M IN MY 50'S AND I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW IN MY LIFE AND WE ALL HAVE HAD SOME BAD EXPERIENCES BUT THIS TIME I HAD TO SPEAK UP. THE MOST CONDINSENDING RUDE, KNOW IT ALL WON'T LET YOU GET A WORD I IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. MY INTERACTION WAS SO UNPLEASANT THAT I'M PRETTY CONFIDENT I WILL NOT RUN INTO SOMEONE THAT IS AS MEAN. HER AND HER HELPER WERE LAUGHING AT ME WHEN WE WERE ON A CALL AND COMPLEATLY MAUKING ME WHEN ALL I WANTED TO DO IS ASK A FEW QUESTIONS, I MEAN I SHOULD BE ABLE TO, I PAID MY $2,000. GUY'S PLEASE DONT ROLL THE DICE WITH THIS LAWYER, YOU MIGHT HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN I DID BUT PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. PLEASE DON'T JUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS, LOOK AT THE ONE STAR REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE ALL OF THE ONE STAR'S HAVE THE SAME THINGS IN COMMON. PLEASE DONT SKIM THE FIVE AND THINK ALL IS WELL. DIG INTO THE ONE STAR'S AND REALLY READ. I'M NOT TRYING TO HURT SOMEONE, I'M JUST TRYING TO HELP OTHERS. IT'S HARD ENOUGH FILING FOR A B/K BUT DONT GET TREATED HORRIBLY AND LOSE MORE MONEY LIKE I DID. I WISH SUSAN ALL THE BEST IN THE WORLD AND WOULD NEVER TELL SOMEONE ELSE NOT TO USE HER, HELL I'M NOT EVEN MAD ANYMORE, BUT USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. OUT OF THE 2,000 I PAID I RECIEVED A LITTLE OVER 300.00 BACK AND I DIDN'T HAVE IT TO LOSE, MAN WE DIDNT EVEN GET ALL OF THE PAPER WORK DONE AND THATS ALL I GOT BACK. WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST.

If you people are looking for an attorney, do not hire this one. She is a crooked one. She ripped me off my money ($600.00 dollars) for doing nothing about my case. She is very unprofessional, Seems like once she got your business, she does not like to talk to you anymore. She gets bother if you call...ed her office to leave a message. Her answering machine is set to "pick-up and hag-up right away". It happens two or three times, finally she answers herself, telling you that you are not supposed to call. .She is very rude and unprofessional. I do not like attorneys with that attitude. So be careful!

My experience with Susan and her staff has been absolutely great! I hired Susan in April or May of 2021 to handle my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for my husband and I. The homework was the most challenging part. But my husband and I got through it. It took several phone calls to Susan and Melissa regarding t...hings we did not understand. Their response was clear, precise and professional. As of today our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is discharged. Attorney Susan G. Taylor and her team of paralegals are in my book truly amazing!
