San Antonio Bankruptcy

I wanted to express my gratitude for the work of Ms Taylor and her associate Ms Luna. They explained things very well, They created an email account just to accept all my files, they gave me reminders of projects I was to complete and updated me of their progress. Ms Taylor made me feel comfortable a...nd prepared to have my meeting with counselor and creditors. I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to hire them to represent me!

Happy Client

Ms. Susan Taylor and Melissa Luna have by far been the best attorney’s I have dealt with. They are very personable and do not sugar coat about anything. The spoke in detain about my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case and told me the pros and cons about filing. There were some issues on my case that it requir...ed that my case be delayed. At first, I was upset and I could not understand why, but I went ahead and agreed to it. When I went to my creditors meeting, I overheard another case, and they nailed a person that almost had the same issue. I am so glad Ms. Taylor postponed my case because I would not know what to do if that had happened to me. I am now DEBT FREE and me and my family are much happier. If you need a GOOD Bankruptcy Lawyer, call their office. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Ms Taylor and Ms. Luna, you are my saviors to myself and my family. Also, I would like to point out, that I realized that I was a difficult client to work but I had to swallow my pride. After all, I did hire an attorney to assist me to become debt free and save my family. Thank you once again for all your hard work on my case. From my family to yours.

If you need a Bankruptcy attorney, Susan Taylor is the one you should choose.

I went to see Susan Taylor shortly after she and I spoke on the telephone the first time. Our first meeting was in her Austin office off 15th street. After meeting Mrs Taylor, I knew that she would be the one to represent me. Susan is licensed, competent, and prepared to take on anything that com...es her way. She made me feel comfortable and welcome with her wonderful ability to adapt to my interests and life experience. After being a police officer for 10 years, I have issues trusting most people, and with good reason. Although law enforcement has the ability to make a person jaded and suspect everyone else is up to no good, Mrs.Taylor managed to bypass my often critical assessment. Mrs. Taylor’s mild mannered demeanor and ability to speak with anyone about anything make her the perfect counselor for something as complex as a bankruptcy. I do not think that anyone goes through life spending wastefully knowing that bankruptcy is an option to be used as a kind of Kings X when things are no longer manageable. But it is nice that the bankruptcy laws exist and can be used when things do not go as planned or intended. After leaving law enforcement, I returned to Austin and decided I wanted to become a commercial pilot. I enrolled in Deltas flight school in Sanford, Florida and shortly after moved to Florida. I became a Commercial Pilot rated to fly both single engine and multi-engine aircraft for hire, and was IFR (instrument flight rules)I rated to fly with little to no visibility. I am almost 50, and have been healthy my whole life. In the last 3 years I have had more negative things happen than most could handle. I have had a heart attack, stroke, and a major brain bleed (aneurism) in January. This last hospitalization was 4 months long, and I know now more than ever, just how important family can be. There is no way I could have survived without my wonderful supportive family. In aviation, a pilot 40 years old and older must renew their medical every 6 months to fly commercially with passengers, and it must be a 1st class medical. My story is a perfect example of how things can turn around in your life with little or no warning. Because of my most resent Aneurism in January, obtaining a first class medical is highly unlikely according to my primary physician, who at one tone was an FAA medical examiner and issued the Medicals for flying. So that is the reason I am filing chapter 7, it’s the only viable option I have. I went with Susan Taylor for legal representation because I was impressed when we met. I think most people have mixed emotions about bankruptcy and I definitely did but Susan helped me realize that it doesn’t make me a bad person because I have to utilize bankruptcy laws it makes me a person that’s in need for them and that’s why they exist. If you are considering bankruptcy, than I highly recommend calling the Susan Taylor Law Office for representation. I hope that my experience helps others make the decision to call Mrs Taylor for a free review of your case.

worst experience ever

If you are facing a hardship and looking for a Bankruptcy lawyer do not, do not, do not pick this law firm. If you are looking to keep you assets do not, do not...I repeat do not pick this law firm. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Susan and her team are very unprofessional and condesc...ending. I have emails in which I asked for clarification and received a response from Susan herself and I quote "I know that you are not that stupid?". There is more but you get the picture. I was stunned to stay the least. When I spoke up for myself( respectfully I might add) she did not take too kind to it and threatened to drop me as a client after almost 2 years under the chapter 13 process and all money paid to her firm. Every time I sent an email regarding my case it would go ignored. Every time I called the office to speak to Susan or her paralegal I would received the run around and would practically had to beg for a call back or a meeting. On several occasions it was suggested that I sell my property which was the main reason seeking assistance from Ms. Taylor. After calling me stupid the next day or so I spoke with Susan which she appeared to have a change of heart and different tune she left me with the impression that she would continue assist me during the process since the fees have already been paid and I was about 2 years into this thing. I recently lost my job and she said a lot of nasty things pertaining to my financial situation. When I first meet with her paralegal I was told to report any changes to my income. My loss of employment was unforeseen I contacted them immediately. I was told that if I lost my income at anytime that I would be able to file a temporary moratorium (extension) until I found employment but that turned out not to be the case. I was told that I would still have to make payments but they would submit the request to the trustee. During that conversation I was advised to sale again. I said that I did not want to. I received an email from the firm stating that anyone that was affected by the pandemic could apply for a moratorium. I sent an email asking if this was the same thing I requested to be filled a week prior and still to this day no reply. I checked my mail and it appears that she indeed did file to cancel me as a client. I feel like she has tried to set me up for failure and her lack of professionalism is unbelievable. It is my understanding that the extension was never submitted on my behalf. She can be intimidating and you can tell it has rubbed off on her staff. It's like she has given them permission to disrespect me and belittle me at the same time. I will not be intimidated and I will not sale or loss my home. If you are a minority I strongly urge you to seek counsel somewhere where you money, time and dignity will be appreciated.

Wonderful Attorney

I never expected to get instant relief upon speaking to Susan for the first time. She is very friendly and seems to really know her stuff. She listened closely and seemed to fully understand my need. She was patient and explained the process very well, while giving me a deep feeling of comfort by the... conclusion of our call. I am grateful to have contacted her. I believe she will do an excellent job with helping me to resolve my issues.
